Battery not compatible

I ordered a battery for my camera. It was advertised as 100% compatible. The site was misleading. Issues with delivery from Ups. Now they ask me to pay for the return. And my 1-star review was never posted.
That explains the good reviews.

A same model of camera can have different batteries. If your camera model XY has a battery version A, but you buy a battery for XY yes, but version B, it will not be compatible even if XY is stated.

This is stated further down in the offer, in the section ''Compatibility'' you didn't read.
Please just read the offer properly and fully before placing an order online, especially with electronics.

Slow shipping

Slow shipping : I decided to ship UPS to get the battery faster and Pay for Premium shipping . It took 8 calendar days from germany to belgium …..This is expensive and slow.

A disaster!!! Don’t order on the website

A disaster.
I order 10 days ago and still nothing. The customer service doesn’t help, impossible to have somebody on the phone.
From Belgium to Belgium, never had such a bad experience with an online order.

Good service

I have appreciated the service and my experience with Subtel.
The ordering was easy and efficient. The delivery before the announced timing.
I contacted the customer service because the battery was not working with my laptop.
They replied very quickly to my question.
Unfortunately, the battery does not work with my laptop model.
(There is one letter of difference... I was hoping it would also work on my laptop)
They proposed to return the product, despite the fact I took some time before testing.
(return at own cost, which I consider normal)

Be wary

Tried to purchase a cable from here twice, the website started spinning and didn’t stop for ages until I refreshed the page, and then all my information disappeared. Very disappointing.

Phone battery kept being postponed

Ordered a battery for my phone, it would take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. After a month I've sent a mail asking what the status of my order was, they told me to check the product page, delivery got delayed by a month. I waited again for a month, still nothing. Sent a mail again, same response: check product page, estimated delivery postponed by a month again! Waited again, and you can guess what happened next: Again postponed. Poor service & poor communication imo. Almost 4 months for just a phone battery and still nothing. Contacted them again and asked for refund. Refund happened quick.
