Warm, welcoming & they actually care about your experience. You can demo boards and the staff are so knowledgable, helpful, friendly and can’t do enough for you (and not just out for commission like other big corporate shops.) I Bought a brand new set up, the board rides great and I know this cos I tried it out first! Goggles where you don’t have to change the lens woohoo! Scooby doo subvert socks, gloves, hoody and I’m defo going back for all my summer wear!! I just felt looked after. Amazing stock, amazing staff, amazing service. I walked in with no idea and now I feel cool haha. Even my son thinks I am 😁 Thank you subvert.

All dead sound. Not trying to MAKE you buy - genuine advice, and wanting you to get the right gear for your ability, progression and riding style.
Matt and Max had the patience of saints today while I was deliberating over what kit to buy and having loads of runs on the slope with different options. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m always keen on supporting independent businesses, but when service is this good it would be criminal to favour online over buying in store. Keep up the great work!!!

I recently visited the store with my son to buy him some new board boots. The help and advice we received from Matt was absolutely brilliant! He spent a huge amount of time with my son trying out different boots, with lots of honest opinions throughout, never in a rush to move on to another customer.
Everyone at the store was extremely helpful and very welcoming. I would highly recommend visiting the store, we’ll definitely be back and we live in London!
