This company is a scam, the trousers I ordered are nothing like the video, 4 sizes to big.i have binned them total rubbish.

Ordered from Facebook power shower. No delivery no answer to emails. Obviously a scam will claim money back on card. These adverts should be vetted by Facebook before being allowed to advertise

This company is obviously a sham, ordered showerhead, it’s out of my account, tryed to email them and phone no response.

Can you cancel my order please it was on the 17/12/2022 many thanks.

have not had my order yet they don't reply to you worst firm ever delta with will report them to trading standards and will complain to Facebook i gave them one star just so i could do a review

Keep emailing them, they offered 30% if I kept the brush heads but it never arrives, the email back just keeps saying the same thing, since November 20. What good is brush heads with no handle. NOT advertised very well. Would NOT order anything else from this company

The Hurricane muscle scrubber I bought in December has never worked. I have had numerous correspondence and was promised a full refund which never came. This is wrong and the company should be closed down. Wish I had read these reviews before I purchased the thing. Con Company is right

Back in November I ordered 2 mops from this company. What arrived was 3 replacement covers. I have tried to contact them several times with no reply. I assume this is a scam. I would dearly love to have my £31.97 refunded.

I have never received my order have asked for a refund but never got that either £18.98 is a lot to pay for something your never received

Bought scrubber and was nothing like advertised, motor power was poor, any pressure and it stopped and needed recharging often

This is a con company got heads nothing else sick of e mailing keep saying on it's way this was on 7th nov it's a disgrace when people are fleeced something should be done it

I ordered the spin brush and some extra heads. Unfortunately, the spin brush did not even turn on after charging up the battery. I am still in the process of trying to get my money back £64 plus. Reading the other experiences on this site, it looks like I won't be getting any money back. I would rather have given the money to a charity of my choice. Could Gloria Hunniford and the gang look into this company?

Con artists product i purchased was was not what the advert led me to believe , contacted them and was offered a full refund if I sent item back or 30 percent refund to keep the item I opted for the 30 percent and was told it would be in my account within 8 business days this was over 2 months ago still nothing and not replying to emails

Misleading advertising. Made out it was for full set, received 3 brush set. Emailed to return and just kept asking what number applies. No help with returning.
After reading reviews, I realised it was a rip off !!

awful company, wanted to return something no contact at all the item is not as advertised. DO NOT BUY anything from this dreadful company

had to keep emailing this company to find out where my wooden board was and when it did arrive it had no instructions on how to play it , not good

Received the spin brush set and plugged it in to charge. Within minutes the house electrics shorted and there was a strong smell of burning.
Reset the breakers and the charger/unit is completely dead. Complete load of rubbish and probably dangerous.

These people are just out to con you.
bought the invisible spray to use on an outbuilding.
came in a tiny 30ml bottle.

It was difficult to give them one star, minus five would be better. I ordered four items from this shower and I sent eleven e-mails to the customer service with photo's of what I received. All I wanted was the power scrubber I already had the brushes !!!! All e-mails kept saying send photo's of which I did on multiple occasions. I know now not much chance of a refund or getting what I already ordered, £28 and some digits down the swanny. I won't be bothering again, think it would be easier asking monkeys, sorry monkeys.
