Only put one star so as to write review....absolutely disgusting that they should be allowed to operate and scam us out of our money.. I am a pensioner in my 70s.and still awaiting order for over six months .sent several emails , no reply’s ..I should of read reviews first my own fault...Deanne

Very poor indeed. Misleading advertisment led me to buy 3 scrubber sets instead of whole set.
Contacted Sunnybow to ask for refund on several occasions, but no-one has had the decency to get back to me.
Very, very poor service.
Finally got through to them and was given a £7 refund!!!!

I ordered the electric mop in November. Received a confirmation email straightaway and two subsequent dispatch emails but nothing as arrived as yet on 10 December. As I paid via PayPal I have contacted them today to see if I am covered for a refund under their payment protection scheme. I await their reply with interest

As with others, I thought I was purchasing the full set but only received three brush heads. Does anyone know where I can purchase the set. I won’t use this company again. Strangely, the confirmation email they sent disappeared from my Inbox. I am sure I didn’t delete it and it’s not in my Deleted bin. I did print it out so I have a copy.

I ordered an adjustable triangular cleaning mop and three replacement mop heads. The mop heads arrived but not the cleaning mop itself. I have sent two emails to Sunnybow in the last two weeks but had no reply. I think this service is so bad. Beginning to wonder if it is a scam. I shall not be shopping with them again.

I ordered a cleaner with 3 brush heads for bathroom. Never arrived. Emailed, which they replied to saying it was on it's way. I received the 3 brush heads with no handle. Have contacted again. No reply. Requested a refund. No reply

Ordered a mop three small mops arrived no handle impossible to contact customer service, avoid at all costs.

I ordered this spin cleaner 9th November, have received 3 heads but no cleaner.

I placed an order for an electric spin scrubber, when it arrived it was minus the charger, thus rendering it useless when the charge ran out. I sent them an email letting them know I was pleased with the product, but it was minus the charger.
I sent the email on the 13/11/20 and I haven't received anything from them, no acknowledgement or a charger. not very impressed.

I will never order anything from this site again.!!!..
No value for money at all

I ordered the triangle mop and what I thought was 3 free replacement heads for it . The 3 mop heads arrived today but no actual mop to put them on ! They cost me £18.98 ! Going to see if PayPal will refund me . Just wish I'd have read these reviews first ! Lesson learned.

Ordered a scrubber with 3 heads, only received the 3 heads, sent 3 emails. No response and the mobile phone number goes onto the answering machine. I have now reported to trading standards and citizens advice, I will also contact PayPal to try and get my money back, PayPal are pretty good with scammers like this, I suggest you all fo the same, Report! Report! Report! We can not let these get away with this. I will also share their dodgy company on social media too....I will only revoke if I receive refund in the next 2 days..

i have recieved 3 brush only without head attachment i do not have address to return zero start . please uk must take action

I have a tracking number for sunnybow but when putting in it does not register have emailed there customer service twice to find out where it is but no answer now I think Ive lost my money cant afford as senior citizen will ne er shop with them again

On my email it confirms I oredered a unit plus three brushes, all I got was the brushes, yet they are still advertising the complete unit, I will take this further

Just received a package from sunnybow. I ordered the spin scrubber. Only got replacement brushes. Just escalated to PayPal. I have been conned before by a Chinese company. I will never buy from a company with an address in China again.

Guys out there! I just got my whole refund! All I did was CONSTANTLy email them back by replying to the email link that they originally sent me confirming my order. I just kept repeating to them that,in English law, you cannot make a misleading advert showing it is 14.99 for the set and then send just the brushes out! I explained to them that there were many other customers who they had treated badly and they should be ashamed. their last reply to me was would I accept a 50% refund! And "was that ok". To which I responded, NO it was not okay. If I had not got anywhere with them, I would have discontinued my dispute with them through my bank as my credit card is with them. I will be making a call to my bank today to tell them my success. Perhaps the fact I went to my bank and they started to investigate, that is the reason for my refund! Basically, always pay online using a credit card and not a debit card, because you have a degree of insurance with a debit card. Sorry, guys, that your pain continues, but please persevere and keep nagging them by email..

Really awful service I received my product that cost me £45.98 and it was damaged. I was told to receive a refund I would have to pay to send it back to CHINA!!! Which I refused to do as I already paid £5.99 delivery. After weeks of emailing back and forth the have only offered me 80% refund.
