I too was scammed with his very misleading advert. You think you are getting the complete electric brush spinner but I only received 3 spare brush heads, a waste of £20+
I have now looked on the Amazon website and it looks like the same electric brush cleaner for just over £23.
At least with Amazon they are to be 100% trusted. I've never had a problem with either delivery or returning unwanted items and always get a full no questions asked refund.
Unfortunately I had to give at least a one star rating for sunny Bow, the true rating should be at least minus 10 stars.

I also ordered this product from a flash advert, again just the brushes arrived, however I had photographed the advert all the way through the ordering process and yes it does say scrubber x1 brush heads x 3. So i am going through PayPal to get a full refund. AGAIN DONT USE, SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS.
PUT IT ALL OVER FACE BOOK if you can TO STOP the BOTTOM HOLES. .

I have also been a victim of the Hurricaine Electric Spinner scam from Sunnybow. The order arrived with only 3 brush heads which are no use without the scrubber. I have emailed them twice with no response. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Stupidly I clicked an add from a game app. Ad suggested I was buying a cleaning machine but what got delivered was spare parts. Tried complaining and a return but no luck. Complete pirate operation. BEWARE!

I also ordered from them as per advert but all i got was 3 brush heads which is no Gordon there own.advert misleading.sent several texts but got no answer.

The advert for the spinner Mop is very misleading. I ordered this and when the parcel arrived I only had the brushes. I phoned the number on the web site butceacgmh time I got cannot take this call at the moment so I text them and sent an email which they still haven't replied to. Need to send them back as useless without the whole thing but no address to send them back too.. Avoid this company.

Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago still haven’t got any feedback regarding dispatch, I’ve contacted them but I haven’t had any joy.
I am taking this up with PayPal my advice is not to buy from them.

I ordered some Christmas decorations from this company and when the item arrived all they sent me was several picture of the items that I ordered, complete scam site that isn't based in Rochford in Essex they are in China

SUNNYBOW are fraudsters.ordered two Xmas ornaments.after seeing video on their selling page on facebook.looked great.train+sleight+lights all moving.i got a A4 envelope.with picture.amazed Facebook allows this.

They are scammers. If you paid by paypal insist on 100% refund. Their price includes p&p so they did not lose nothing. Tip - avoid such adverts which just pop up

I have been sent 3 brush heads and no scrubber, i wanted a refund and was told to send the goods back to China and pay the postage or keep them and they will refund 30% of my money. what a scam.

Warmyard/sunnybow same company i have ordered fairy spin scrubbers and xmas decoration all faulty pieces missing decoration was a stickey wont accept my e mails

I ordered an Xmas ornament which they were advertising on their website however when I finally received my order it was a window sticker. I have looked and can see a lot of other people have had the same issue.

I would say not even worth a 1 rating. Rubbish, Scam, Waste of money, don’t buy from them. I brought what was advertised on a Facebook page one of those decorative Christmas scenes ornament with the train and houses with snow topped roofs. What I received was 3 A4 pictures of the decorative ornament. Going to send them and email to complain and if I don’t get anywhere with that I’m going to report them to BBC watchdog. Sunnybow you are miss selling!

Order finally arrived but wasn’t as advertised - only received three brush heads and not the scrubber itself.
Will b e returning.

Hi i order a spin scrubber a week ago cost me £20.98 intotal i recieved. Package on friday 30 oct 2020 all i got was 3 brush heads. Package includes three brush heads electric spin scrubber host handle. & telescopic rod which i didnot recieved if i dont get the rest of this item i want a refund in full.

This is a fraudulent scam!! Report them to your credit card company who will pursue them in the courts. To return the goods it seems to be necessary to send via their registered office at: Sunnybow, c/o Labubu Limited, Suite 2a, Wensley House, 9 Purdeys Way, Rochford, Essex, SS4 1ND

Awful company, don't bother. Making money off half orders sent. They don't respond to emails and like many others they are just sending the brushes. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
