What a waste of money
What a waste of money, the paint weren’t coming out the roller. I was try for a lot longer than stated the lid kept falling off even tho it didn’t come off as easily when trying to put paint into it and yes I did make sure it clicked.
Unlike the traditional paint rollers the pro is economical with paint usage and avoids paint splatter and slippage.
Unlike the traditional paint rollers the Pro design including a foam surface and internal paint storage allows the paint to roll out evenly with no drips and there is no splatter of paint. It is such a great improvement on the traditional rollers which could easily be overloaded with excess paint with slippage and paint splatter and more economical in use.
Waste of money
Waste of money. Very flimsy, started painting and started to fall apart after about 15 minutes use. Finished job with brushes and standard roller.

My brother purchased one of these a few months ago. He managed to save some money ,what a complete waste of money. Won't cover anything, been on a tiny patch of wall for an hour and still no paint coming out. Do not buy one of these, false advertising, useless
I wish you could give a minus star…
I wish you could give a minus star rating because it would get a -5 for sure. What an absolute joke of an item and the adverts are completely misleading. My mother spent 2 days trying to get it to work, once I found out she was struggling I came onto Trustpilot to see other peoples opinions are; shock horror, everyone else has the same opinion too! What a waste of money. False advertisement at it's best.
Oh where to start
Oh where to start. Firstly one star is about four stars too many. I once put £50 on a bet for Elvis Presley to ride Shergar to a Derby win and that is now the second worst £50 I have ever spent. The materials and construction are woefully unsuitable. The pressure required to actually get any paint out of the thing is very carefully calculated to be just more than the pressure required to pop the thing into three bits. Paint everywhere. And then there's the weight of the thing. The energy required to lift what is essentially a half tin of paint and hold it above your head needs arms like Eddie Hall. I was completely knackered after doing a patch of ceiling about the size of a plate. The edging thing took forever for any paint to come through and when it did it just scraped away the paint you'd managed to get on the walls. But not to worry it's a doddle to clean. Wait. No it's not. I used the entire contents of my local reservoir and it was still leaking brilliant white into my sink. All in all I think someone needs to come up with something better. Some kind of brush maybe?
I bought paint runner pro but didn’t…
I bought paint runner pro but didn’t use it for a year, absolutely rubbish, paint foamed up at end & dripped everywhere, what a waste of money, false advertising, should not be allowed. Went straight in the bin, high street you should be ashamed of yourselves for promoting to that rubbish
Now in the bin
Main roller:
Doesn't work on ceiling, won't cover. To try to cover I had to push hard the caused the side covers to dig into the ceiling and scrapped lines of previous applied paint off. Also metal pole to extend reach very short and very wobbly felt like it was going to brake at any point.
Cutting in roller:
Also doesn't work very well caused previous applied paint to removed as cover comes over edge of paint sponge. Also very hard to attach sponge to roller arm. It is held on by a nut that screws onto the roller arm from inside the paint container. The whole is about an inch across I was unable to tighten the nut fully with my fingers. I was able to tighten nut with a helpful pair of pliers. After struggling maybe a meter the nut had come loose and paint sponge and fallen to the floor and I was left holding the roller arm. This of course left the nut inside of the paint despenser and again I was unable to get my fingers in to get said nut.
In sort very poor whole product in the bin.
This tool is essentially useless for…
This tool is essentially useless for most purposes. First of all, it only works with emulsion that's been watered down at least 50%, and even then it takes an hour or more for the paint to find its way to the surface. Next, because you've had to water your paint down so much it's virtually transparent so you will need multiple coats - and I don't mean just two, I mean AT LEAST three. And again, because the paint is watered down, each coat takes four or five hours to dry sufficiently to reapply.
"Paint an entire room in twenty minutes"? This claim is so absurdly far from the truth it's probably unlawful.
Then there's the cleanup. More than an hour under a running tap and it STILL wasn't clean.
The edging roller had lumps missing from the sponge, and the cap for the main roller was broken and needed pliers to undo it.
it is as easy to use as the mug punters/stooges in the ad say, but they don't tell you how long it took to set those scenarios up. I can answer that question for you right now... it takes all day!
If you just want a quick makeover to sell your house without anyone looking too closely at the paintwork, fine, but if you want to do a proper job, buy a brush.
PS - Andy Sherwood's "review" below is obviously fake, he has repeated the marketing spiel word for word in multiple reviews. It's the only positive review and, surprise surprise the only one they've bothered to reply to.

When paint evenualy flows so you can paint, the paint fill cover keeps falling off due to poor quality of item, I bought at 1/2price. And I think that was over priced fot the item,, definitely would not recommend this poor quility item
Absolutely do not buy one of these!
Absolutely do not buy one of these!! My mum wanted one for ages so I got her one for Christmas. She didn't use it in time for me to buy my own place and rather than ask to borrow hers, I bought my own. £60 in.
Loaded it up, did all the prep work, had the paint coming through... a week and FIVE coats later, the white I was painting on the new living room was still patchy, streaky and still looked more like the magnolia beneath it. Add to that the end was constantly popping off, forcing me to dive-and-catch before too much paint exploded across the room!
I told my mum how rubbish it was and she was adamant the problem was my paint. She was too excited about the product due to the videos of it, so I headed out to buy some very expensive paint.
As I was about to purchase the new paint, my gut told me it was the roller, so I decided to try a cheap alternative first and grabbed a basic roller from poundland. ONE COAT with that and the room was perfectly white.
The paint runner pro looks grand in marketing videos, but in real life it is honestly one of the worst products I have ever purchased... and I stupidly purchased it twice!
this product is an absolute waste of…
this product is an absolute waste of time, paint and money, went in the bin in less than 10 mins
Do not purchase absolutely useless it…
Do not purchase absolutely useless it does not cover smoothly leaves lines defo need more than one coat, after painting one wall the foam was coming away which ment big drips all over the door that I had to clean up. The edging tool is useless the corner tool is useless. Filling it was a nightmare and it was heavy, so I only put half the paint next time it seemed to be heavier, this is where I discovered the foam bagging and the paint was literally dripping from the handle plate! Worst roller I have ever used 😡 going back to a traditional roller 👍 now in the Bin 😡
Don’t waste your money cheaply made…
Don’t waste your money cheaply made very weak coverage breaks easily good video crap product
Useless and a waste of money
This looked like a great item but it doesn’t work. The instructions said to load the paint and then charge the roller by running on newspaper for 2 - 3 minutes. After 10 minutes no paint was coming through on to the roller. The edging tool was no better and the wheel kept flying off the handle. Useless products which ended up in the bin. A total waste of money.
Paint Runner Pro is quite efficient…
Paint Runner Pro is quite efficient however the end cap keeps popping off every time you put a bit of pressure 2 to get a thicker layer of paint which is quite annoying as you have to keep stopping to put it on the other end of the lock cap what closes to hold the paint is a bit tricky having to keep my eye on it as it's slightly opens and if it does paints will definitely go everywhere I wouldn't recommend it for a heavy duty paint painting only walls that need a quick refresh
Absolutely terrible product and a total…
Absolutely terrible product and a total rip off at £30!! Was in the bin before i even put paint on the wall! How do you get away with charging these kind of prices for total garbage products?
Terrible product
Terrible product, looks too good too be true on the Shopping Channel and that’s exactly what it is. Wasted a lot of expensive paint using this system.
I am not the best decorator in the…
I am not the best decorator in the world but I had high expectations of this after purchasing it from High St. TV....
Oh what a disappointment..it failed on every point.... after 20 minutes of rolling it on a newspaper to get it to charge hardly anything has come through.
I reverted back to a paint brush and threw it in the bin. A total waste of £30.
One other point... have you seen how thin the paint is in the advert.. its like water. Who buys paint like that unless your 4 years old and at nursery.
Thanks High Street TV for basically stealing my money for a hopeless product.
Don't waste your money!
The roller is very heavy when full of paint. It takes allot of rolling to get the paint to come through and it does not cover like in the demo. Mine went in the bin!
