Superb Paint Runner Pro 

bought the product in august 2020 ,poured the paint as instructed only to find the metal arm that connects with the plastic flocked edger was broken 1st problem ,started to use the roller for about 1hr which was a good piece of kit then disaster the covering around the roller came away [paint everywhere ]ive tried emailing the company using 3 of there web sites which do not exist.the company is groupon .co.uk
Ive had to go back to using the good old fashioned

Looks great on tv cap kept falling of and leaked paint, same with the edger paint on door frame and dado rail takes ages to clean easier to clean a normal cheap roller.The power of advertising is a wonderful thing.

Delivered quickly. Well packaged. I have used the product before this was to increase stocks of the roller element this was the best price for 2rollers plus all the accessories
Every claim about this product is true, non drip, you can do a whole wall in minutes. Saves paint as well no overloaded rollers

This thing is rubbish and does not work. Do not buy it. (Cleaning up is easy however as you can throw it straight in the bin!)

My partner bought this thinking it would do a better job than the basic rollers. But no! It uses twice as much paint. You have to press so hard for the paint to go on the wall and my partner is a muscular guy. And the end disc fell off several times while painting the wall. He would if finished the wall twice as fast if he used the basic rollers. We give it 0 out of 10 😡😡😡😡

A complete waste of money. The end cap kept falling off , the paint took ages to come through. The roller is bulky and paint finish is crap.

Absolute waste of money, after preparing the roller as advised still no paint comes through, watered the paint down slightly still doesn’t work. In the bin it went. Don’t bother wasting your money

I bought the renovator paint runner pro from high street tv and found that the paint doesn't come out of the roller, i followed the instructions step by step, after an hour of trying, it still didn't work. I even tried to squeeze the roller but only small amounts came through, it looks amazing on tv, but its rubbish and thats being kind, 👎

Bought the Paint Pro Runner in February but only got round to using it today, or I should say trying to use it. It is absolute rubbish and I have been taken in by the TV advert, The paint refused to come thru the roller, and the edging tool. Cleaning is a disaster it takes ages and in the process a lump of plastic broke off. I really think I have been conned. I finished the job with a roller and am about to put this crap in the bin...a waste of £25+

My fault, I was taken in by the advertising & should have read reviews. This product just did not function as shown on TV. They must use paint with the consistency of water because the paint just did not flow through the barrel. The cutting tool just did not work, no paint came through. It also wastes a lot of paint which is left in the barrel at the end & is not that easy to clean. Overall a waste of money.

This is the first time I have used my paint runner pro what a disaster, put paint in the tube as directed firstly it took a bit of getting going but ok I understood the concept, turned it over, in a different direction the lid came off and paint all over the carpet, luckily it also needs changing so not a massive issue from that point of view but it is now in the bin and gone back to old tried and tested roller

The edger is rubbish unless the corners are a perfect 90 degree angle which as we know they are not. The corner cutter puts to much paint on and dissent allow for any correcting strokes.
The roller it's self worked OK A BIT streaky watched 10 u tube videos some very scary as nothing went right so I was a bit nervous.
I did everything to the book and it did the first coat, saved me about 60 trips to the paint tray.
I have now attempted the second coat and it is streaky but when it dried it was fine.

Absolute rubbish, paint doesn't come through on the roller, slashes all over the skirting board after trying to paint the walls. Says you can paint a room in 20 mins, not a chance. One wall at a push.
Don't bother with it save your money.

Sadly not a great experience. The Roller leaked and little bits came off the foam part when painting even though I had followed the instructions about wetting first. Was heavy to use and left roller marks. The leaking caused mess. Whilst cleaning the plastic broke so not able to even give it a second try. Good in theory.

The main washable paint roller made the actual painting process very easy for me. The item itself excellent quality as described the seller. Personally I would recommend for anyone just know how to use it. It was working properly on uneven surface as well with water base paint,just fill half the paint roller tank every single time.
The actual pole It was very sturdy,did not break at all.
I did the living room and kitchen 1 hour today.
I would recommend.

I have not received my goods and I have not been able to make any contact with the company. I've left text messages and tried to call but it's a mobile number only with no option to leave a voicemail.

I am terribly disappointed and will speak to my credit card company about pursuing them for a refund.

I purchased this about a year ago thinking it would come in handy had a small job to do this weekend.Unpacked it read the instructions to discover it needs to be washed out before use. This ruled it out for that day.I followed the instructions and can only describe the finish as appalling the roller did not roll freely at all times giving big smudge marks the finish appeared to be exactly as their description of inferior products leaving lines all over the finish. The edging roller can only be described as worse than useless. The issue that is avoided in the advertising is you get in a mess getting paint into the measuring jug then roller (the jug being the only component in the hole package that I can describe as fit for purpose).So this is not a quick mess free solution to painting anything. To describe cleaning as quick and simple is untrue it takes much longer than if you had used a roller and sleeve. I decided to give it another go the following day to understand if it was me needing to get used to using it however it was exactly the same, on a positive note the cleaning up after was much quicker as it went straight in the bin.
This is worthless junk useful only as land fill and it's clear the people peddling it have spent next to nothing developing it and all the budget on what I now understand as a totally fictional portrait of this useless product

BOUGHT THIS TWO YEARS AGO WENT TO USE IT , NOW IN BIN . I HAD BOUGHT ONE BACK YEARS AGO GLAD I DIDN'T BIN IT FAR BETTER PRODUCT. THIS ONE IS RUBBISH

Only wetted the roller and the felt detached from the end. Says to flip off the lid which was stiff and the ‘tab’ broke off the lid. Maybe it’s a Friday night lemon and not typical . I haven’t used it and probably won’t bother though I’ve superglued the lid together again.
