Prices and products are great but trying to contact customer service if there is a problem is virtually impossible.

Well packed,quick delivery,good price.

Wrote two emails and called CS twice to request a simple refund. CS said they will collect the parcel which was delivered very late hence no longer needed. They admitted that DPD f*** up and said they will collect and refund. That did not happen. 7 days later I am on the line again, waiting for the 3rd time. This is very unprofessional and annoying. I will amend this review if they ever sort out the refund. One star for now for wasting my time and money. They are polite but not professional or serious.

Purchased a EV charger for £75 cheaper than my regular wholesaler quoted me , speedy free delivery.

One item was out of stock - when it did not arrive it was taken off the order- goods arrived next day.

It took 3 emails , 3 phone calls and 3 deliverys that I had to wait in for for a simple 30 pound order

Appalling customer service and efficiency.
The lights I ordered are apparently no longer being manufactured and despite the wrong lights being sent out twice, waiting in for deliveries and collections of wrong items that never happened, a month later I still have the wrong lights, in my hall and no refund. Despite phone calls and emails l, waiting in on numerous days. No response to emails.

Great range of products, brilliant prices, and a very easy website. Everything speedily processed and delivered exactly as ordered, many thanks.

Ordered quite a large order for next day delivery only for it not to turn up on the Monday

Called directly, they said id purchased Saturday carriage when I most definitely did not due to business needs.

They then said it would be with me Tuesday before 12am. Never arrived again.

Further phones calls, keep getting told the same thing, it eventually did arrive on the FRIDAY.

Spent so much more money going to wholesalers near me.

Hopefully my next experience ordering here wont be as painful.

Easy ordering and very fast delivery

The item itself was well packaged and as described. Superlec were quick to dispatch but the issue I had was with the delivery company they use.Dx ,extremely awkward company, impossible to speak to a real person, they can’t give you a time slot, you cant collect the parcel and they won’t change address or let you leave it in a safe place. For me this completely ruined my experience using Superlec and I probably won’t use them again for this reason.
