Although the item I ordered wasn't in stock, they managed to supply an alternative which arrived promptly. The sales staff were very helpful and courteous.

A week+ with no dispatch notification and poor packaging
I did not like that after a week+, I had to ask how my order was getting on ... they however did reply the next day.
The order packaging left a lot to be desired - several small and mid sized bibs and bobs in a big flimsy cardboard box with some bubble wrap included (space filler ?) and items in plastic bags were not sealed and were rattling around in the bottom of the box - nothing was damaged but there was a spacer 'missing' - I expected a bit better packaging, but that may be the 'standard' today.

Good service
Good service, only let down by delivery times. Would order more if delivery was quicker. Ordered materials on bank holiday Monday expecting a Tuesday pm dispatch for delivery Wednesday or Thursday, and didn’t arrive until Friday.

Shame about the delivery
The ordering is easy and great prices. However the delivery was awful.
Tracking doesn't work, sent and email one day stating they'd be delivering the next and I'd get an email confirming time. No email. Tracking stopped working, no more communication, then it finally turned up two days after that. Can't book jobs in on that bases so sadly no more ordering from these guys.
