this company has closed!!!! - AVOID!
they still can take payments but they have shut and noone has reponded to any form of communcation for years it seems from their social media pages.

Only 1 item of 2 ordered arrived. Nothing heard from Survival Depot despite e mailing them and completing the contact form on the website. Hopefully I'll get some response and be able to amend this feedback.....

Placed my order on Nov.18,2018 have not heard or seen anything on it yet.

Hi, I haven't got any signals from you since i paid. I asked for an update of the status via email and there was no reply. I beleive you did send it to me, so I do not put one star, but your customer care is... ok, you know. So good luck improving this.

All good. Stuff arrived a day later than expected and when I emailed them they didn't reply. However, would deal with again.

Slow to post no response to emails. The torch has some rust inside and wont work right. £40 Down the drain. Wish id used the other company for £2 more. The items might be customer returns as many reviews said it comes with 2 batteries and I only got one. Unless these are the only ones that have your item and you use paypal Id avoid.

I sent themA letter by signed for Royal mail which he refused to sign for.

Poor poor service avoid at all costs.

I sent an email before the item was sent. Not a great experience.

Terrible communication

Numerous attempts to contact this company about my purchase have gone an answer. I have no idea if my item has been shipped when it's coming in. I purchase the item about 10 days ago which is ample time to return an email to alleviate some of my concerns. I have opened a claim with my credit card company. If I receive the item or some explanation I hope I can change this review but as of now my experience has been quite frustrating.
