A very good service for sure, but I'm deducting 1 star because the e-mailed invoice was all I had to assure me the item would be delivered.

Customers always appreciate dispatch notifications and tracking information while awaiting the purchased item. Leave them with no further information for too long, and they start having niggling doubts about the validity of the transaction, out there on the lawless interwebz.

It may well be that I unwittingly opted out of such updates when I chose to check-out as a guest, via PayPal. Still, I hope that Survival Depot can find a way to implement all the usual order staus updates, even in these cases - it can only lead to more contented, trusting and patient customers.

In summary, the shortfall in communication relevant to the transaction led to baseless - and needless - concerns.

It's not too bright, but that's what I expected. However, it provides adequate illumination in many cases, runs 'forever', well, I mean it doesn't need batteries, and is very sturdy. It's the brightest of any tritium light I've seen. So, thought a bit costly, I'd still call it a good buy.

I am having problems with this seller as they have not sent an item that they accepted payment for and they have not issued a refund for that item. They do not answer emails and they do not display a telephone number. Luckily I paid through PayPal and I will raise this case with them.

Whilst my order was dispatched and arrived very quickly, what I actually received was not at all what I expected. The product photographs are misleading and the description is unclear.

Mistakes happen but I have emailed the company twice over the past week explaining the issue and as yet, I have had no reply... this is not excusable.
