The customer service at Slenderella is fabulous and I cannot fault them. I notified them that I had a faulty item and it was replaced straight away. Excellent service.

Ive been a loyal customer for about 10 years now and ive noticed that unfortunately Slenderella is now cutting corners and the quality went down from 110%to about 20%. Im only giving the 20%,because the dressing gowns still feel soft but their quality had dropped drastically. I am very disappointed. I must had bought at least 14 dressing gowns and some.socks and underwear from them. First 3 or 4 years things were great. Beautiful quality, couldn't find a dressing gown that thick and soft anywhere else. So I kept buying the gowns for every family member and I also must own about 10 of them. However since the covid things changed. Firstly Slenderella used to make those thick, fab socks to match the colours of the dressing gowns,blue,pink, grey and purple with stripes. Those socks were expensive but great and I used to buy them every Xmas time,to go with new dressing gown, then they stopped making them. I tried different 1s from them and paid the same amount but new socks aren't as nice nor as thick. For £7.50 a pair I can find better quality socks. Then the quality of the dressing gowns also changed for the worse.i buy the same style, with hood. Prices haven't changed that much but the quality had. Gowns are thinner,I keep finding holes inside the pockets,weight of them is lighter,which isn't a bad thing but they are simply not as warm. I am very disappointed and after all these years im afraid I will start looking elsewhere for my dressing gowns. I like my bed comfort and im disabled, hence buying dressing gown every Xmas time. I sometimes dont have enough money left to send stuff back, 1 dressing gown had holes on each side, the stitches weren't done but I simply didn't have any money left to send it back,so I managed to fix it myself, I only did it because I tend to be a loyal customer,once I find the company I like. Unfortunately I dont think I'll be shopping with Slenderella anymore. I am very disappointed. Things aren't cheap on that site but the quality had dropped. Shame, real shame.
I gave 3 stars but its only because the gowns still have the nice and soft feel if it were for quality alone it would be half a star,maybe 1, after all the items is stitched together.
Go back to your beginning guys and start making great products again at the end of the day you are a British company or at least you used to be.

Recently had problems with some retailers .... but Slenderella have restored my faith. I bought 2 items as presents, both good quality but unfortunately one item didn't fit which I returned and to my pleasure a refund was issued without any problems. I have no problems recommending them or using them again, many thanks to Slenderella.

I ordered a Bed Jacket for mother but the sizing was accurate so it never fitted. We returned immediately, even when I reached out twice they confirmed parcel arrived back and would refund ASAP later… well 5 days later no refund and this mornings email sent 9am, has not been responded to.

I’ll not purchase again from them and I’ll do a chargeback on credit card if needs be to get the refund.

Update I gave back one star as I did get a refund it was just taking longer than it was indicated by the email from lady who responded. Goods still were not size indicated though hence 2 stars marked down.

Lovely woven 100% cotton nightdress, good quality material, well made, beautiful pattern, soft, lightweight and cool for the hot weather. Customer service excellent, very fast delivery, couldn't be more pleased !

I've purchased several strappy nightdresses from Slenderalla, all the same because I like them so much - they are lovely and comfortable. There are a couple of things that could be better - they do tend to pill, and the adjustable straps don't stay in position, and I've found that after 2 or 3 years the nightdresses start to look very worn and faded. HOWEVER I'm not going to downgrade my 5 star review because of this. Firstly, because they are so very comfortable, and secondly, because Slenderella's customer service is excellent. My last order of 4 was reduced to 3 because one was out of stock, so I received an email from them telling me this, and the refund showed up within a day or so. They also took on board my comments regarding the pilling and the straps, so that was encouraging too. All in all, a great company to deal with.

Ordered a dressing gown in Grey and it is purple!Now I have to send it back at my expense.Website says grey and label on it says grey but it is definitely purple.
Also buttons very hard to undo and sleeves came down over hands even though I am 5ft 6 ins.

Got a dressing gown from here. Good quality and very soft.

Although this nightdress was warm and cozy it shrank by about 6 inches. Extremely disappointed.

Used this long-standing British company for decades. This is the place to go for cotton (mainly) traditional nightwear for all seasons, in a very extensive size range and affordable prices. Young trendy athleisure wearers are already catered for: but if you have a mum or granny who is freezing cold, or fat (or both) and can't find anything in shops, you will find something feminine here. Styling has improved over the years, and there is a core range of decent nighties in two lengths right up to UK size 30 (US 26-28) in woven cotton for summer, stretch cotton jersey for mid-season, and winceyette (double brushed cotton flannel) for winter.
