Swagger and Swoon provided an excellent service for our wedding. We had a small wedding but ordered a tie and pocket square for my husband after ordering a colour swatch selection. We additionally ordered a tie for my step-son, who wanted a different colour – it was just what he had in mind. Their service was fast and efficient, but they really do go above and beyond checking everything is o.k. and even sent a text to wish us a lovely wedding day – so thoughtful. I highly recommend Swagger and Swoon.

Amazing experience! From start to finish. The swatch sample arrived in next to no time, we had a tight deadline which was reached well within time. The tie was perfect. The gorgeous touch of sending a message out on the day of the wedding was really special to us, thank you. Top class service, cannot recommend enough. Beautiful quality too. Having chosen teal as our main wedding colour, I was anxious about colour matching as there are so many shades! Swagger & Swoon made the process really simple. The ties & pocket squares were great quality and matched our bridesmaids perfectly.

Swagger and swoon were brilliant with our wedding ties and pocket squares. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour. It was too late to cancel the order as they had already been posted out by the time I realised. In a panic I emailed them to explain the situation. I was told to return the items for an exchange. The correct colours arrived promptly, free of charge and hassle free. Excellent customer service. E mails were answered within hours. Quality of the ties and pocket squares is excellent. One very happy customer.

Swagger and Swoon were amazing start to finish!😊 having only needed to order 1 tie and matching flashes the service was 10/10, they kept in touch to let me know which stage my order was at, I received tea bags and sweets and then a lovely text congratulating us on our wedding. The quality of the items was perfect as well and will definitely be worn again. Highly recommend.

I saw this company by just browsing through the internet for companies that offered swatches for the ties they made. I needed kids bow ties and men's ties to all match my colour scheme. I got so many swatches to see what colour would fit best and they certainly did not disappoint. I was so happy with my choice and they kept me informed throughout the whole process and even answered my crazy bride questions in a prompt manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone getting married.

I ordered some swatches to match to my bridesmaid dresses and one was a close match however I wasn't sure. Swagger and Swoon got in touch a day or so after delivery to ask how they were and I explained that I wanted something to match a bit more. I sent over a photo of my bridesmaid dresses and they had a number of samples dispatched the day. Service was excellent and I found a colour that matched perfectly and the groomsmen and page boys all looks amazing on the day!

I cannot recommend Swagger and Swoon enough! From start to finish their customer service was exemplary. From the picking up I hadn't ordered swatches before placing my order, to the follow ups right up until my wedding. Truly amazing service and I've recommend them to my wedding venue too

What an absolutely fabulous company! From start to finish, the level of customer service, attention to detail and care from staff is outstanding. I ordered a bunch of matching ties for my family for my August wedding and they are such high quality. At first I couldn’t find a direct colour match to my bridesmaids dresses, but the wonderful ladies Ayesha and Petra reached out and asked me for a picture of the bridesmaid dress swatch, and sent some more colour swatch options, which arrived the very next day! I ordered 7 x ties which were made and shipped within 24 hours, with constant updates via text message from George. I even received a lovely letter with a Pukka herbal tea to help with the wedding planning stress! I urge everyone I know planning a wedding or needing some high quality ties to shop with Swagger & Swoon - you won’t be disappointed!!

Got a cravat, pocket square and kids bow tie to match the colour of my dress for our wedding. It was stunning. We got the samples through and picked the closest match, requested the items and received them quickly. Every step of the way we were kept in contact with letting us know when we would be receiving them. Absolutely fantastic customer service

I found Swagger & Swoon 2 weeks before my son’s wedding while trying to find a match for my dress. Swatches were sent 24 hour delivery and a call to order, an email to confirm and pay, kept up to date with progress and delivered today. A week. Matched tie and square. Brilliant service and everyone happy to help. Maybe because only 1 of each but very much appreciated. Thank you to everyone involved.

We couldn't recommend Swagger & Swoon more! All communication with them on the lead up to our wedding day was brilliant! We found it very useful to order swatches of the ties and the team were very prompt in answering any questions we had. After narrowing down the swatches, we ordered a couple of possible ties to get an even better idea which matched our bridesmaid dresses. It was really simple to return the other ties once we had decieded.
We ordered ties, pocket squares and a doggy bow tie for our Labrador. All were brilliant quality and matched our colour scheme perfectly. Plus the team were great with giving us regular order updates.
