It is in your best interest to avoid this company. After numerous telephone calls/emails & letters to them they choose to ignore you and do not pay their outstanding debts. No doubt at some stage they will re emerge under a different name. How do you sleep at night knowing you are taking peoples hard earned money.
Shame on you!

Ordered in January and still no doors! paid more than the deposit required and since the fitters have been to measure up I have had nothing but false promises each time saying they will be fitted at end of each month I call. Now 6 months down the line I don't even get a call answered no voice mails are ever returned no emails answered nothing!
Avoid avoid avoid.
No idea what to do?!

This company took my deposit for new windows door and facia of 2500 in jan 2022 and had no intention of doing this job they are scanners and should be locked up they will start a new company and scam others

We paid a deposit for some double glazing in December 2021, finally told they would be fitted in March 2022 and so the nightmare began!! So many problems with wrong measurements being taken, incorrect size & design windows arriving, damaged upvc door arriving, it was endless!! In the end we cancelled the order & asked for a refund which we eventually got. The best part of this company are the girls in the office who have to deal with all the problems, including, I suspect, some very unhappy customers!!
I chose SW because I wanted to support a local company but I won't make that mistake again. I understand they've now gone into receivership but will no doubt re appear under a new name....BEWARE!!

I paid a deposit for a porch and conservatory and no work has been done and my deposit still not returned even though this has been promised. Difficult to get hold of and Directors do not take responsibility.

Gone into receivership.....huge problems with my door, and still got a door with no letterbox 🙄

Paid deposit for kitchen extension in September 2021.

Company did not go ahead with the work, difficult to get hold of anyone and girls on phone are left to give the excuses for them.

I have still not had deposit returned and in the process of starting a legal claim against this company!

Do not use this company, as it is the biggest headache you will go through!

What a great company, from salesman to fitters, no hassle, no hard sell just professional people doing a first class job. We have had the whole house fitted with new windows and also a new door. The fitters were very tidy and perfectionists, every detail was spot on. They did the job to the highest quality. They were very friendly and it was a joy to have them around. If you want a good job doing this team are the best. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Excellent experience with this company, got the job done on time and wasnt too expensive either!! Cant thank Neil enough for his proffesionalism and help in what we needed!!

Thanks Simmons Wakeman just had my door and windows replaced couldn’t of asked for a better job the whole experience from start to finish was a breath of fresh air no pushy salesman plus the workman were very professional and the house was spotless we couldn’t tell they had been we will be coming back to have more work done 👍👍

Just had a composite door fitted last week. What fantastic quality for price. We collected 4 quotes and this was almost half of a very well known national company. We was a bit sceptical of the quality but there's defiantly nothing to worry about! Extremely pleased. Thank you 10/10
