Customers frequently reported difficulties creating accounts, logging in, and securing appointments, with some stating that the system was not user-friendly and led to significant delays. The overall user experience was widely criticized for being inefficient and poorly designed, making it challenging to book simple blood tests. Swift is a DISGRACE👎👎

Swift is a DISGRACE and grossly INCOMPETENT. Swift changed the time of my appointment with Hemel Hempstead Hospital 4 minutes before it was due, after a 3 week wait. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This company shouldn’t be operating

This company shouldn’t be operating. My mother and I spent hours yesterday trying to set up her account on this system only for her to be told after I left that her new login details don’t work.. AFTER we’d booked a blood test. So they were fine one minute then not working the next for no reason at all. She’s tried to reset her password but it then says that’s not valid either. I tried using the ‘contact us’ section but none of the links work so you can’t get any help. What on earth are the NHS doing using a company this incompetent? Would give them 0 stars if I could.

If I could score them 0 I would.

If I could score them 0, I would.
My husband booked a blood test - had 2 text reminders of his upcoming appointment from Swiftqueue - drove 6 miles each way for blood test on the appointed day - arrived at the hospital in good time for his appointment only to find it had no record of his appointment on the Swiftqueue system & refused to do the blood test. What a waste of time, money & energy.

Disgraceful.

So, It has taken me so much time to try to book a simple blood test on this ridiculous site! Too much kept going wrong, including the site crashing to explain. Is this a Streeting idea to improve the NHS? What a complete joke, what was wrong with going along and taking a ticket?? It has worked for years, now we have to get stressed to hell just to get a blood test, its easier to not bother and lay down and die!!!!! This is country is in the gutter, I wouldn't mind, but for most of us this is NOT free, we have paid for out healthcare all through years of work, but this is the only organisation that gets away with charging you and not giving you the service you have paid for!!! A plumber wouldn't get away with it, neither anyone else, why are these idiots that are supposed to be running the country so incompetent. Maybe is a sister software of Fujitsu!

If I could I wouldn't have even given…

If I could I wouldn't have even given this service a 1 star rating. Had my blood taken on Thursday, the 'nurse' that did it really needs to be re trained. She was very rough with the needle as a a result, my arm is very bruised and sore.

Worst supervisor/ area manager employed by the organisor

Staff at a very famous hospital in London has worst manager and day running supervisors
They do not accommodate patients instead their ego comes in to them harassing cancer patients by sending them elsewhere without making a proper assessment
Wrong staff in wrong supervisory post
Area manager is the worst person to organise the service under his supervision
The phlebotomist are very helpful but their supervisors and area manager is worst. I would give less than one star to these unemployable staff

Impossible to use this website to book…

Impossible to use this website to book a simple blood test !
Has the NHS gone mad ???? This use to be so simple to get as you used to just walk in and take a number and wait your turn .... "SIMPLES"
Not any more.. talk about making this so complex to book with the correct time and hospital .
Not fit for purpose .
Go back to the old way as its much better the patients its intended for !

Absolutely DIABOLICAL!

Absolutely DIABOLICAL!! Swiftqueue's website is very hard to navigate. The previous NELFT booking system was so EASY and straightforward compared to this new system. WHY make things so much more COMPLICATED?? Disgusting web design, most probably to make things so difficult nobody can arrange a simple blood test!!

If there was a zero star rating I would have given.
Impossible to use.
Can’t log in. Signed in. Password incorrect. So selected change password. Nothing sent to email. Tried to create account. States I already have one.
Then tried to re-register using another email account. Tried to enter mobile phone number. Wrong format. No prefix for the Uk plus will only accept 6 numbers.
Gave details of my GP surgery. Sending me your areas far away.
Lost an hour of my life I will never get back 😡

Another company taking the “P” out of the NHS

Would have given no stars if I could!
What happened to the efficient NELFT site, I used to easily book an appointment within a week or two, then would check the site regularly and usually get a much quicker appointment ( probably a cancellation) no chance of that now just a very confusing system and seems a 3 week wait is usual 😡
Wonder how much this is costing the NHS letting this company run this system

Get Rid of Swiftqueue!

Whoever was responsible for introducing this system should be publicly named and ridiculed! (Bring back the stocks!). My wife was requested by her GP Surgery to get a blood test. In order to do this, she needed to register with Swiftqueue. A painful process that involved several attempts and several trips to the receptionists at her GP Surgery. On each attempt to register, you first "book an appointment" for a blood test. However, after finally getting registered, no confirmation of the appointment is received. One month has now passed and she still has no blood test appointment confirmed. It was much simpler when you could call the hospital / clinic directly to book an appointment (even if it meant hanging on the phone for ages). We now have to go through a middleman (no doubt very expensive) - Swiftqueue - that appears to be worse than useless.
It should NOT be this difficult to book a blood test!

Trying to book a blood test appointment…

Trying to book a blood test appointment through swift queue is hopeless. The site is clunky and illogical. It’s very difficult to find blood tests in a certain area. Constantly having to go back to the start page. It doesn’t present the information you need to make a choice. The lack of blood tests is probably not SQs fault, this maybe down to Havering GP services. However, SQ is just such a badly designed system.

This company should not be given NHS…

This company should not be given NHS contracts to manage appointments. Whoever commissioned them clearly has no idea about software. The interface to book appointments is buggy and clunky, probably hasn't seen a software update in ten years. It's also not fit for purpose. For example, today I can't actually book a blood test, as the only appointments showing are hours away from where I live and the list refuses to update with locations near me. On other days you have to endlessy scroll through a very long list, which only shows in alphabetical order of the pharmacy name. Location doesn't work even though enabled in my browser. The map doesn't work. I could go on...

Cannot give a zero star review

Cannot give a zero star review, so they get absolute minimum.

Think on this. Having to give your passport or driving licence just to arrange a blood test! That's the insanity of swiftque - a complete joke of a site.

I'm guessing it's all down to the insane online safety bill brought in by that traitor Starmer. How naive to expect to arrange a simple blood test through your doctor - suppose the GPs want to keep more of their 150k+ salaries, so stuff the patients - they no longer matter as it stops the gp buy another jag!

You then have to take a photo of your passport - good luck if you don't have a passport or a driving licence, good luck if you struggle keeping your hand steady - remember all of this is just to book a simple blood test!

Then you have to wait up to 3 days, just to have the photo rejected, because the AI cannot read characters on a 4k picture!

Then you get a tel num to ring, but because the site was designed by an infinite monkey cell, you are stuck on the phone for over an hour!

As a former software guy for a living, the entire team needs firing. There is NOTHING good about this joke of a site, and I dread to think how much tax payer funds were wasted over this.

ALL of this labour party fault

Nothing works

I tried to register but the system asks for a medical card number rather than a NHS number which everyone uses now. My medical card was issued in 1977 and their system does recognise it. I have tried to register a contact form but the syatem just d.oes not work. I'm afraid Swiftqueue is hopless. Can someone ring me to explain how I can register with them.
