Swisst Watch Band 

I ordered a wallet from Swisst and paid extra for shipping to ensure it was delivered in time for my husband's birthday. It took several weeks to receive it- way past the time it should have taken. I emailed requesting a full refund. I said I would return the item. I also noted that they should advise customers that the processing and shipping time is so lengthy. I would not have made the purchase had I known. The customer service is slow to respond. I was told I could receive the full amount back, then I was told just half would be refunded (not including the extra money I spent for fast shipping) and when I followed up again to ask where my refund was I was eventually told they are having technical problems with the refund so they can offer me a coupon. NO. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. This is seriously the most ridiculous company I have ever purchased anything from online. What a scam. GIVE ME MY MONEY!

Had a delay but eventually someone checked and it was stuck in transit. They sent another out and it seems great.

I had a good experience with this company. First I mentioned wrong address, parcel delayed. After talking to support team they corrected my address, and I got my order promptly.

Firstly Swisst is not Swiss Telecom - name should be changed
I ordered a wallet over a month ago: it has not arrived; tracking number does not work; no response to web chat or emails
I will not order from this company again and would advise extreme caution for anyone considering placing an order

Order from this company at your own risk. I ordered in November 2022 and eventually requested a refund, after loosing patients with the sporadic communications, in March 2023, which was never responded to. I requested my credit card company to take action. To add insult to injury, SWISST are now challenging my dispute, unbelievable!

Simple answer to all thinking about buying from this company is…….DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY…Paid SWISST in Nov 2022
It’s now the 3rd May 2023 for the air tag..I have emailed them and I also have had reply’s all excuses but still no product..I have also tried to write comments on there reviews..You got it the comment was not even put on they took if off….This company should be closed down ASAP but no it still keeps trading…How Can this happen….It’s another of life’s mysteries…I have pictures of evidence of recipes and emails from them I can post….

Do not order from this company. Most e mails are not responded to and when they are they provide further false claims about the goods having been shipped.

Overall I would highly recommend this leather wallet to anyone who values style, functionality, and quality. If you are in the market for a new wallet, this one is definitely worth considering.

Everything was delivered in good condition. The quality is really good and it is worth to it's price. I will buy from you again, thank you guys.

The wallet is really practical, it's easy in use and quite stylish. Recently I was at the mall and I didn't notice that left my wallet to the cash register, my phone started giving signals, so I just got back and grabbed the wallet.

Ordered a wallet in December 2022, started emailing in January 2023 when hadn’t heard anything. Basically if your lucky you might get 1 rely to 2 emails. They blame everyone except themselves, I really wish I had seen the feedback before I ordered. I had some of there stuff bought from a shop so thought they are ok. Now going through credit card dispute as still not got refund a month after promised

I ordered two wallets from this company and did not get either. I was able to track them in a full circle back to their warehouse. The person who returned my emails repeatedly said they would refund my money when they got "confirmation that your orders have returned to our warehouse." It's been months. I don't believe they have any intention of refunding my money. Buyer beware.

Do not pay this bunch of crooks any money.

Ordered on 17th November as a Christmas present for my son.
Didn’t arrive for Christmas so emailed them.
Post covid excuse overwhelmed by orders.
Supposedly delivered 29th December at 2.33pm through the letterbox.
I have a camera doorbell and nothing was delivered on 29th December.
Asked for a refund……… nothing.

I ordered a wallet from this company on 9 th dec 2022. It still hasnt arrived nearly 6 weeks later. I have not had a tracking e mail and in spite of e mailing their customer service Several times no one has responded. I wish I d read the trustpilot reviews before ordering… Its now 5 th March and it still hasnt arrived so I have asked for a refund

Awful company, the worst I have ever dealt with. They have received payment and it is now 6 weeks later and still no product. No offer of a refund. Communicated to the company 4 times and only reply I get is that they haven’t updated shipping information. I am starting to think they are a fake company
