Swisst Watch Band 

I just got the Swisst wallet and I love it. The slim style of it is very pocket friendly. Recommend!

do yourself a favor and don't shop on Swisst.com.
wallets look nice but... placed order in February. A few week later received a notification that my order was on the way, but there was no tracking number.
I contacted the customer service who replied that I would receive the tracking number soon.
after 4 weeks they said that there was a problem with the shipment and they would be reshipping in a matter of days.
that never happened and they don't reply anymore to any email.
positive reviews are obviously fake, and negative reviews mysteriously don't appear on their website.

After 2 months of dealing with their lies, I finally called Wells Fargo & to dispute the transactions & was refunded $80 over the weekend. I reported SWISST to BBB & Trustpilot. Do yourself a favor & don't believe the FAKE positive reviews. Absolute criminals!!!

I order a wallet online, they sent me a confirmation email but since then I haven’t been able to get in touch with them. The tracking function doesn’t work on their website and they don’t answer email! This looks like scam to me! They won’t refund me and it seems like i will never get the wallet. Very displeased with this company!

DO NOT BUY from SwissT. I believe their wallet is a bait and switch of the same wallet that sells on Amazon for $20. The SwissT wallet is made of plastic and fake leather, the quality is very poor. They refused to allow me to return the item, claiming it was on sale, yet it appears most items are on “sale” so they can use their loop hole. They censor the reviews on their website, my negative review has yet to appear.

I ordered a wallet in January. It’s now April, no wallet, no refund, no explanation and no reply to email. The online chat function doesn’t work. They have essentially stolen my money. This is a scam don’t fall for it!

Scam! I haven’t gotten my package yet its been over 2 months now. These guys have stopped replying now as well. I have tried texting them on every platform and still no reply. Took my money and left. The sites not working properly now too. My order number is SW12906 .

Scam!! Ordered February 17th, no product. I have contacted several times with no response. Do not order just a website that takes your money.

Scam!!! Do NOT order from this company! I requested a refund after not receiving my order or updates and was told they couldn’t refund because the product had shipped. Two weeks later and still nothing. Requested refund again and this time…no response.
I will continue trying, but I warn you against ordering from this company!

FRAUD! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered an air-tag wallet on 1/30/22 After a few days, I was curious why it didn't ship so I emailed them. Never got a response. Decided to cancel my order on 2/2/22 since it looked like my order would never be shipped. I finally got an email saying they ran out of the product and they would refund my money ASAP. I waited a week, checked my credit card, and to my surprise no refund. I emailed them again on 2/10/22 ...no response. Emailed them again on 2/12/22, and 2/14/22....still no response. As of today 2/18/22 still no refund. I just contacted Chase and disputed the charge as fraud.

2/18 Update #2: The response from SWISST below is completely false. I have a Gmail thread for all my responses and it only includes one response from SWISST and I have routinely checked spam and trash. No emails in spam or trash. I also just checked my credit card online and the money has not been refunded. So not only is the company a fraud, but they are also lying.

2/18 Update #3: Apparently, if you post a review on Trustpilot they actually process your refund. I just checked my credit card online and the refund is finally pending. Worst customer experience ever!

Buyers beware. This company puts all items on “sale” and don’t refund “sale items”. They advertise leather products, but the product is not leather. I ordered January 19. I only received shipping information after I tried to cancel the order on February 2nd because this was a birthday gift and it wouldn’t be here on time. I was told it couldn’t be cancelled because it already shipped from their international warehouse. The wallet is not leather, has a strong chemical smell and has a cheap plastic insert. This is not as advertised.

Ordered an AirTag wallet. We are on day 18 today (2/7) and still have no tracking. When I reached out to see what is going on they said they sent my order to their “international warehouse” and when It gets into the states they will give me tracking info and it will be here in 5 days from then….. terrible customer service and after requesting a refund due to not receiving the wallet when promised, I am just told “you’ll get the tracking information when the product enters the United States”. I wish I read these reviews before I spend my money on this SCAM company. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!!!!!

EDIT based on reply: I just went back through the emails and never once was told I could send it back for a refund once I get it. Full transparency, if this item still has not entered the US wouldn’t it be easy enough to cancel order? You had 18 days and counting…. Thanks for lying glad to call you out!

EDIT: I won’t tell you how to run your business but I assume you have warehouses in the US? You had enough time to rout that product there and start the refund process because if that is anything like this process I am sure I’ll be waiting for a long time to get that as well. Maybe since you were so delayed to get the product you increase lead times when a customer buys your product to increase your transparency??? I asked for a refund in both my emails and was never told I had to wait to get the product and send it back. I hope you treat your customers better than this. Apparently the product is in the US as you state ( how would I know still can’t track it) and it should be here in 5 days as your email states. What a joke!

EDIT: Wallet is supposedly in the United States for two days now and still have no tracking but I paid for this wallet 20 days ago lol never in my life have I had this horrible of an experience with a company!

SCAM COMPANY!! ordered a wallet that was faulty to which they replied they would send a new one... nothing heard back since and have asked for my money back and they're now not answering emails.

I purchased two AirTag Wallets and two AirTag keychains from this company in December, after seeing that they could deliver by Xmas for gifts for my sons. They made no effort to tell me that they had not even sent the order still by Xmas Eve. When I requested a refund, I was repeatedly told by (at first, vague) email that they would 'send my refund to the appropriate department'. They then gave me a date which came and went, then another. By this time it was starting to feel like a scam company. After yet another email to them regarding another refund date passed, they stopped responding to my emails at all. I had to get my bank involved so they could attempt to get it from the company and that is the current status. Not good at all.

I got this wallet as a Christmas gift. Very useful product. Quality is exellent.

Great wallets especially for people who are busy. The Airtag wallet is easy to use and compact. The Airtag did not work with my old wallet and the wallet felt bulky, but it fits and works fine with Swisst wallets. It is very slim and the leather material looks fashionable, the overall quality is best for this price. The places for cards and cash are vast I easily put my ID, bank cards, business cards, driving license, and cash into the wallet and at times I don't feel it in my pocket. Ultimately, the wallets are great
