Swisst Watch Band 

Is a complete SCAM I paid in full they confirmed my payment and sent me an email with a supposed Label for USPS and they never sent the items sad enough I bought 2 not just one. Come to find out many others are being Scam as well several BBB has multiple complaints on them. Buyers be aware

The quality of the wallet is very good, cute, simple interior, I recommend it all as time in photos.

Ordered wallet on 5/12/22, tracking never materialised, money taken, goods never delivered. No contact with SWISST possible. Do not order anything from this Company they are scammers.

What a scam. Do not order anything from this place. Ordered 2 wallets never came. They do not answer emails and the phone number is not working.

This company is a scam. Ordered 3 wallets for Christmas on 12/19, paid for priority shipping, never received. The tracking # is invalid, multiple emails have been sent, phone numbers do not work.

Scammers. Ordered, still waiting on any communication. No response to emails, website enquiries, or whatsapp or facebook messager. Tried calling their USA telephone number and it states the number isn't taking calls and you're forwarded to voice mail. Shocking practices conducted by this organisation.

Order placed 28 November 2022, no goods received. Tracking does not work and no response to numerous emails. Will be taking formal action. Not recommended.

Ordered the first item from them and all was well. It did take a short while to receive the wallet, but I love it and use it daily. Loved it so much I purchased another as a gift for my son. That was 22 Feb 2022 and here it is 4 Dec 2022 and have never received the item. Emailed several times. danced through their hoops to prove my identity only to be told it would ship and never has. Great wallet, but buy at your own risk.

I did my second purchase. So far good experience with this company.

This is the worst wallet I have ever bought when it arrived it was faulty not only that but the so called carbon fibre is shall we say cheap imitation, I reported the fault and was assured I would get a refund after several emails back and fro it came apparent that they weren’t going to give me a refund in fact they stopped replying to my emails, unable to prove I didn’t cause the fault I can’t get a refund from the credit card. Stay well clear this a scam site the products don’t look anything like the photos you have been warned.

This company is a scam. I ordered my wallet in February, and received a tracking link afterwards, which didnt work. Order number SW12544 (I have screenshots as a proof).
In april they finally answered me, that they sent it, but unfortunately there was an issue. Then after a couple rounds of emails, they promised me to resend the color I wanted. Its July, and still nothing.

Dont make the mistake I made! Stay away from this company!

I ordered the wallet and it got here on time. I realized the quality wasn’t great and asked to return it for a refund. They said I could keep it and would receive half of the amount I paid for it since it was on sale. That was 2 weeks ago and all communication has stopped with no refund. DO NOT BUY

worst wallet ever. please don’t ever buy from this company. i ordered the “carbon fiber” airtag wallet for 60 dollars. it is the worst quality i’ve ever seen on a wallet. these guys are scammers. save yourself some money.

I love the wallet. They ship from Las Vegas. Since I am in Las Vegas it took only 2 days to receive.

I purchased a Swisst wallet for my son for Christmas. A few weeks after the due date I emailed asking where it was. They said they’d sold out of that colour but it was finally on the way. This was frustrating as I would’ve picked a different colour if they’d let me know. So it arrived 6-7 weeks after I ordered it. My son loved it and it is perfect, until he started to use it. The leather wore off so fast from taking it out of his pocket. It now looks years old and he can’t even use it. Very disappointed considering he’d only had it a couple of months. After reading the other reviews it sounds like he was lucky to even receive it. But at the end of the day a refund would’ve been far more useful. No I definitely do not recommend this wallet.

Placed a order with them and wasn’t able to cancel it. I wanted to cancel because a week had passed and nothing happened. I emailed them and got no response. A week later I get a shipping email. A week after that it said package delivered and I didn’t receive anything. Tried contacting them again and nothing changed no resolution offered . So I’m out of 50$ with no wallet.
