Meter readings

Satisfied

Claire from Switch2

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Claire at Switch2 for the outstanding service she provided this morning.

I was dealing with a particularly challenging situation, and Claire handled it with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. She was empathetic, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand the issue. What impressed me most was her proactive approach—rather than simply responding to the problem, she took ownership and worked diligently to find the best possible resolution.

Claire's calm manner, excellent communication skills, and commitment to customer service turned what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. She is a true credit to Switch2 and an excellent example of how customer service should be delivered.

Phoned up to chase up a refund as not been dealt with yet. Lady on phone was very helpful went above and beyond to help me was very apologetic
