it is a great piece of software and the people behind it are great to work with.

The personnel are always helpful to me and are courteous. I use Windows 7.

The software is very easy to use. And I use one each and every week, the other (stronger) I use whenever my system seems to be too slow. I really like how they both work :)

My experience of the Systweak system has been very satisfying. All the issues that have come up have been handled and corrected completely. The software have been easier to navigate and have worked very well. All the technicians were very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient.

When I had some problems with my Mac being very slow, I contacted this company. They really improved the operation of my computer. The representatives are very polite as well as knowledgeable.

I was having sound issues with my laptop & wasn't sure how to fix problem. I searched for possible solutions & after trying to fix sound issue , with no success, I turned to Sys tweak. The technicians were able to diagnose problem & offer a solution to my satisfaction. The customer service techs & technical support people were terrific. I would recommend their service when you are out of solutions

The customer support was absolutely fantastic. My computer before i had the support was very slow...after sitting down and letting them take a look my computer was running better than ever before.

Rick, the technician that worked on my computer, was courteous, helpful and efficient.

I have not had many problems, but when I have had problems the technicians have been patient and worked through the problems keeping me informed concerning what they are doing. I have a lot of confidence in the technical capabilities and their ethical approach. Ross was very understanding and explained that I could have this service for a PC that I also use infrequently. I am very pleased so far with this service.
