This is my most pleasant experience with car maintenance. Early booking, reminders, ease of leaving the car (I was in a hurry, and it only took 15 minutes).

I changed the oil, filters, brake fluid and MOT. While I was at work, I received a short video of my vehicle's health check and a detailed report via email.

I picked up the car at the agreed time after the wash, again, everything took only 15 minutes..

On October 28, 2026, I had an appointment and took my vehicle to Sytner for the replacement of the TAKATA driver-side airbag.

They took my vehicle at 08:30, and the work was completed at 16:30 (a total of 8 hours).

I asked whether they would provide any documentation regarding the replacement, and they said they would email it to me. To date, I have not received any such email.

The agent helping us is excellent and deserves her own 5 star review. The car had only one set of keys ( a spare set promised), no Audi Connect card ( a new one ordered and delivered ( thank you Melanie) and had a small scratch on the wing which our agent Melanie dealt with - again thank you Melanie. This makes me question the “approved used pre- sales checks claimed). The avsilability of the vehicle was a moving picture with 3 separate dates before I was able to see the car. The app to provide a video appraisal of my traded-in vehicle is very user unfriendly and despite being computer and it literate, I had to abandon and provide still shots instead. The trade-in price was much lower than expected - this is my 5th approved used Q5 so I have a reasonably objective view on this point.

Had a service appointment booked and was seen to promptly at the agreed time. Excellent facilities and great customer service, especially from Anoop who was informative and kept in the loop with regular updates.

Anoop was excellent. Car came back immaculate and Anoop prioritised my visit.

The experience was good - with the car being returned clean and serviced in the time agreed. Stephen, my point of contact was great and very helpful, but somebody needs to look at the online tracker link to ensure it gives accurate readings!

I was hugely impressed, again, with the customer service at West London Audi. Reception greeted me in a warm and friendly manner and directed me to a table where I met with Nitesh, who kindly confirmed the work to be done and fully explained the process ahead including the free visual inspection and car wash at the end. He then directed me to the business centre for me to work whilst the work on my car was being done. Great coffee was provided, as always. Nitesh was very friendly and knowledgeable and he kept me fully updated on progress. Excellent service with a smile. All in all a wonderful experience. Thank you West London Audi.
