The worst carrier i have ever been…

The worst carrier i have ever been with. On the phone with customer service 3 times per month for 8 months. And everytime i have them on the phone with a problem they make sure they take their sweet time about wasting my time. Don't choose T mobile!!!

I was Sprint customers for over twenty years. Once T Mobile took over the business, my phone dropped for nearly 2 years, spoke with them many times, phone dropping was getting worse and worse, people cant hear me nearly at all. Recently had travel to Canada, changed to Roaming on, during 10 days of Canada trip, my phone showed SOS, never worked vs my friend who had Verizon was keep on working on top of the mountain, i demanded 10 days credit back, agent said will refund, they never did. T Mobile is truly worrisome company, their technology is bad.

T Mobile Sucks!!!

What went wrong? Came in to pay my bill. Very complicated I know. As my bank card number was stolen it was being replaced so I had to pay my bill at the store in Ansonia. As Usual there is not enough staff, not enough intelligent staff, not enough staff that give a crap. Been standing here for 30mins still no help. This is not the only location either, all the T Mobile stores are like this.. They always have been. After standing there for 35 mins I'm told by some brainless minimum wage moron that they now charge $5 dollars extra to pay in the store. Get your ac together T Mobile!!!! Your employees and your store policies suck!!!

T-Mobile is the Worst Cellular Service I'd Ever Seen

I've been a customer of T-Mobile since Winter 2022 and I was a new account holder. I choose their monthly 50GB plan for a device from T-Mobile on contract.

Through my experience, I was satisfied until I had encountered issues. My personal data has been breached a few times on occasions and when I'm using my phone, I lose signal whenever I head to my town.

There are difficulties trying to make calls or use the internet.

As I was struggling financially to pay bills for months, T-Mobile suspended my account despite me making a payment using a different card when it was set to auto-pay originally.

After I found a decent source of income, I'd attempted to log in to my account to pay off past due bills and restore fee. However, my account requires a verification code to enter. Irrationally, it was sent to my associated phone number that is deactivated.

I wouldn't even bother contacting customer support because they're unreliable.

I will not recommend this service to anyone, find a telecommunications company that have better deals on data usage and reasonable representatives to talk to if trouble comes your way.

Horrible experience

I was with Tmobile for over 20 years however not sure if they changed management. For almost 2 years I tried to resolve issues just to name a few. Firstly, they lost the phone that I returned and tried to charge me even though I had a proof that I returned it. Secondly, for over 6 months they were charging me for equipment that I was supposed to return - boosters - as my reception was terrible and yet they kept charging me over $500 for the boosters even though without them I would not be able to work as I have a home business. The only thing changed was that I closed ONE line. I also had constant issues with trying to make calls and calls dropping or people not getting messages. I was always reassured that they would fix the issue. What turned out after I kept calling for the same issue - being overcharged - several of CSA reps did not even keep notes so I wasted over 6 months to finally get resolved. To top it all, I got so frustrated that I switched to another provider but wanted to keep the number because of my clients and only do prepaid for $10 a month. I spent hours on the phone and went to the store twice and nobody was able to help me because I did not remember the account pin number that was set up at least 15 years ago. I gave them all information incuding my SS. Horrible company stay away.

This Company can not ever improve. Horrible service and Horrible so called customer support. Prepare to be on the phone for 1-2 hours, only to be told your concerns will be forwarded to their engineer department. Racketeering at its finest

Customer Service is inconsistent and…

Customer Service is inconsistent and makes promises that are later retracted and notes are placed on your account that say a supervisor called you to tell you that they can't send you a phone when the insurance company is jerking you around. Then when you find out that they lied to you, all you get is "I'm sorry". Up until now, every time I have called in they have been helpful and were able to find a resolution. They sell the insurance for your phone, they take the payment, and probably get a return on the upsell of insurance. I have been without a replacement phone for 10 days. According to Assurant, they are going to extent the investigation until they "get a positive resolution on their end" to where the phone they shipped went. Which means that they will hold out sending me a phone forever and when I seek support from the company that sold me the insurance, I am told to wait for the the investigation to be completed. Meanwhile, I am working with a piece of garbage that I have already paid to be replaced.

I have actually been a very happy…until now.

I have actually been a very happy T-Mobile customer for 10 years. Especially when traveling internationally, the service has been simple and hassle-free.
My problem is that I recently upgraded to a Samsung S23Ultra. I love the phone, but being retired, I didn't want to have monthly payments - so I paid for the phone in full. The salesperson in the store told me about the $800 rebate program ($25 a month credit on my bill), but apparently didn't know that an installment plan was necessary to get the promotion. I called after not seeing the credit on my next bill, and the bill after that - and was told by "Customer Care" that it took a few cycles to get it started. After the 3rd cycle, I actually found out from the agent that I didn't qualify for the rebate - too bad I hadn't called earlier, when they could have corrected the problem!!! They suggested that I go into the store to see if something could be done there. Of course, the store told me that it was too late to do anything, but helpfully suggested that if I called Customer Care, they might be able to assist.
I feel like an idiot that I gave T-Mobile $800 that they apparently have no way to give me back.
Also note - if you want to do anything other than speak with Customer Care, you have to send it via Snail Mail to their corporate headquarters. I wonder if anyone from the company will actually read this (it has worked for me in the past with other companies).

Your not going to save anything, and it going to cause you a lot of time and pain.

When sales call they are johnny on the spot. You cannot get rid of them. But don't wish for that because soon as you buy , you cannot get a response from them, Their internet site must run on their own 5g network because those don't work, and their site is supper SLOW. Don't believe their price, there are a lot of add on in the bill. The phone they are giving you for a premium price and credit each month are old models and no one wants them. Just tying you in for years.

False promises - read the fine print

They're making big promises "We won't raise the price of your rate plan - ever." Sounds pretty good and pretty final right? I've been a customer for years, long before these ridiculous-sounding promises. I was willing to pay more for better service. Now I call to try to talk to a representative, and the automated service says that'll be $10. Really? That's so Verizon of them. I also got a text message that they'll be "taking away my autopay discount" (read raising my monthly rate) if I don't change my payment method. Of course they've covered their legal butts in the fine print. That doesn't make me feel any less betrayed by their double speak. I'd much rather they didn't make these outlandish promises and just raise their rates if that's what they need to do to maintain their previous levels of customer service. That's what I was paying for. If they can't do that, I'll pay less somewhere else to deal with the same garbage.

T-Mobile is a horrible company

A rather despicable company. Been a customer of these horrible people for almost ten years. You think they care about you? The only time this company showed any compassion was during covid and that’s not saying much. I love how you just shut off service. It’s another Verizon wireless. I have a good mind to not restore my service. These are terrible people!

$10.00 charge if you use credit card so they can recoup there fee!! Unfair to customers!!!

I think there new policy where if you don’t give them your banking account information they are now going to charge you $10..00 for paper statement or if you keep your credit card number on file your still getting charged $10.00. They are doing this so they can recoup there fee from the credit card company which in NO where near $10.00!!!!

Absolutely Horrible

The sales people will promise you the world and deliver nothing. Don't switch. We moved from Verizon after 25 years and it's been a nightmare ever since. Terrible coverage, terrible customer service. Just don't do it.

Satisfied with the company

I initially had some problems when I switched to this company but the technical issues were finally resolved. The only remaining problem was their policy of keeping a new phone locked for 40 days even though it was paid for. (Who knows why!?!). But after 39 days I got a call from a representative who said he saw that there were a few problems initially and wanted to know if everything was working OK. I asked him if my phone would be unlocked automatically the next day and he said no, but he would do personally do it when he came in the next morning - and he did. What a pleasant surprise!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the three-hour ordeal I went through while dealing with T-Mobile's customer service. The experience I had with them regarding the replacement of my OnePlus Nord phone was nothing short of a nightmare.

Over the course of three hours, I was transferred between multiple representatives, leaving me exhausted and drained. Despite investing so much time and effort into resolving my issue, I was left with no resolution in sight.

To add insult to injury, this frustrating experience occurred not just once, but on multiple occasions. Each time, I patiently explained my situation and hoped for a swift solution. Unfortunately, T-Mobile's representatives seemed unable to provide the necessary assistance or even basic answers to my queries.

It is truly disheartening to see such a lack of efficiency and effectiveness in a company's customer service department. Three hours of my valuable time were wasted, and I received no tangible results or relief for my problem.

As a customer, I had expected T-Mobile to uphold a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and the experience left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I sincerely hope that T-Mobile takes these issues seriously and works to improve their customer service processes. Three hours is an unacceptable amount of time to spend on a single issue without any resolution. It is my earnest hope that no other customers have to endure such an arduous and unproductive experience.

Based on my personal encounter with their customer service, I cannot recommend T-Mobile to others. The three-hour ordeal I went through has left me with a negative impression of the company, and I believe potential customers should be aware of the challenges they might face when seeking assistance from T-Mobile.

I strongly urge T-Mobile to reevaluate their customer service practices, provide better training for their representatives, and implement efficient systems to ensure that customers do not have to endure lengthy and fruitless interactions in the future.
