Gabriel with Tadi Brothers was kind enough to spend 30 minutes helping to diagnose a problem I was having with proximity sensors and also helped me to understand some limitations of a camera system that wasn't working very well, even though these cameras were a competitor's system. I had some difficulty with my installer. Lost packaging and mounting screws. I called Tadi Bros and talked to a rep named Paul. She was extremely helpful and understanding and addressed all my needs. The manual and missing hardware is being shipped. Great customer service.
