I ordered a kitchen mixer tap on Saturday and paid £20 extra for guaranteed delivery today (Tuesday), which is within the timescale specified on Taps UK's website. The order hasn't arrived, nor have I had any despatch notification by email, text or phone. When I looked up the customer service number, I discovered this is an 0843 number, which costs me 10.9p per minute to call (this £ goes to BT) plus a service charge which goes to Taps UK. Non delivery at a premium price plus having to pay even more to complain - I'm not impressed!

The options on separate taps for hot and cold are limited. Most are mixer taps and it took some effort trawling the various supliers to fint these. They are excellent , easy to use and smart in appearance.
Delivery also was great (within 2 days even though we had only paid for 3-5 day delivery).
We would have no hesitation in coming to you again.

The sink was delivered quickly and undamaged, but has a tap hole drilled in it, which the photo did not show. Apparently the small print did. Tried to return it, or find out if there is some sort of cover that could hide the hole. No response. I will now have to buy a new tap, which was not on my shopping list. Not buying it here.

Ordered a Summit back to wall WC pan along with the white gloss unit but a Tampa WC pan was delivered DESPITE contacting Taps.co.uk to advise them of their error when I originally received the despatch note / invoice. To their credit, the correct WC pan was delivered the next day but if they had listened and amended their original paperwork, a 24 hour delay and additional delivery expense (at their cost) could have been avoided.

Amazing service, tap arrived next day and was complete with fixtures and would definately recommend this to others.

Needed new kitchen mixer taps went to large retailer where I purchased original taps told it would take 3weeks to order set went online placed order delivered in 4 days and at half the price.kept updated also as to what stage my order was up to.really impressed would use again.

Delivery & goods - Just as promised

We ordered a vanity cupboard, taps and sink . The delivery day was not convenient so I called Taps the lady was brilliant, polite helpful and friendly. Everything arrived on time. The tap, sink and cupboard were excellent the worktop for top of cupboard had a big chip in the edge ,turned it over to find a huge scratch , despite good packaging. I rang and was answered really quickly by a lovely man who apologised and arranged for a replacement to be sent immediately. This one arrived really quickly, unfortunately it had almost identical issues. I rang to inform them they may have a faulty batch. The man could not have been nicer. He said he would get the warehouse to open them and find a perfect replacement. This duly arrived really quickly and true to his word it was perfect and there was a note to the warehouse on my receipt. Everyone has problems with stock at some time, the problems occur when a company doesn't know how to deal with them. Taps customer service were just brilliant and made me feel valued as a customer, so much so that I have just ordered a shower , towel rail and toilet from them. I would definitely recommend them , great quality goods, competitive prices and excellent customer services. Thank you

Unusual one, I ordered a mirror turned up broken didn't even open box could hear it was in bits, called customer service, voice on other end very apologetic, product out of stock so full credit issued within 24 hrs hence the 5 stars. Would use again probably not for a mirror.

Everything was as advertised. Delivery within the advised time slot.
