Having auto switch off taps in our tennis club was a good idea as players quite often left taps running! So having installed these new taps which have now been in for several years being regularly serviced when not switching off we suddenly had one which switched off but still left water dripping. Having looked at all the different washers it was so good to find a repair tap unit which just screwed in to the fitting and worked.

First time purchasing from Taps UK and I would highly recommend them. Easy ordering and quick delivery, I unfortunately made the error of ordering Bath taps instead of Basin Taps, which I returned and received a full refund. Communication and returns process was excellent.
Will definitely be using again and recommend, the taps I received was lovely quality and a good price.

Unfortunately the valves did not improve the dripping, so had to return for a refund.
Customer service efficient and refund to follow.
Will need to buy new taps and won't hesitate to buy again from Taps Uk if I find some I like.
