Excellent customer service and quick delivery
I ordered a replacement Villeroy & Boch kitchen sink from TapsUK. Their price was lower than that of competitors and the delivery, free of charge, occurred within two working days of my order. An email enquiry the day of my order was answered immediately (and helpfully). I received an email on the day of dispatch - the next working day after my order had been placed - giving me information about delivery and tracking. The company making delivery were excellent, where so many these days are not: their tracking worked perfectly and the person making the delivery was helpful and considerate, giving me time to check the contents of the package. I thought customer service was very good indeed.

Once we got through to the advisor and they checked up on our request to confirm the product we wanted was in stock by us sending a picture on email which they checked on the spot and confirmed correct sink and next day delivery for a small fee

I ordered a sink waste basket for my…
I ordered a sink waste basket for my butler sink. I had carefully measured the sink hole as had my plumber. Which was 90 mm's.I had also shown him the item on the website. It was described as 90 mm,yet when it arrived the total size was 120 mm therefore it did not fit. This was frustrating and disappointing. It was expensive £65, but in fairness a well made, high quality product. It also cost £12 to return it.
That said I blame the manufacturer, rather than Taps UK, who dealt with the issue in a prompt and professional manner, so I would be happy to order from them again ,despite my disappointing and expensive(postage) experience.
I have seen today that Taps UK have refunded my account with the purchase price.
