The website is really user friendly and well set up. I ordered my parts and received them in a couple of days which is crazy fast for the Isle of Man.

I'd been looking forward to getting the new jitsie varial race for over a year. It looked really good with great upgrades from the last model. Unfortunately I've only been able to use the bike properly a couple of times since Christmas. I don't have much time to ride and buying this new bike I was hoping to have a bike I could just jump on and ride. The rear brake hasn't been right from the start, I was told it came contaminated and was sent new brake pads.this did help for a ride then back to having no rear brakes. I've had to strip the whole brake down to decontaminate again and still no luck. Hoping to get it fixed soon. I'm gutted and furious I've spent all this money on a bike I can't use. Wishing I'd got a crewkerz now. Starting to give up on riding.

I value the expertise of TartyBikes employees. I've always had good advice and been pleased with my purchases. In this case, Ben was especially helpful in tracking down a second rim, which I received in an expedited manner. Now if my wheel building skills weren't quite so rusty, and if I wasn't so cheap that I tried to reuse spokes and nipples...
