Very attentive
I ordered spoke cutting and Ben noticed the right sized ones were in stock and refunded me for the spoke cutting that saved me a lot of money. Other than that I always impressed how fast they ship to the U.S.! I receive my purchase way faster than I would do for the domestic online shopping.

Outstanding customer service
Ben at TartyBikes truly puts customers first. He helped answer a bunch of questions before I purchased and imported my first trials bike. Great customer service continued while the bike was being delivered and I navigated working with customs. Once delivered, I had a couple setup questions. Again, Ben helped me through it all. I highly recommend TartyBikes for their customer service and love for trials riding.

Very helpful. A great shop
These guys are just about the most helpful and genuine folks running a bike shop. They are my go to for anything they stock, even if it's not trials. I will happily pay a few pounds more to support them than buy cheaper elsewhere.

Simply the best.
The customer service provided has been absolutely excellent. It is so rare to find a business who give time to provide sound advice and who go out of their way to help. This was the second time we’d shopped at Tarty Bikes and has now become our go to place for bike parts. The prices are very competitive too. So we’ve been extremely delighted with all overall experience.
