Still no contact after four weeks bought a drone. No refund which ask for and no drone which paid for. People have had same problem. Does any body know or know exactly where this rubbish company are based. STAYAWAY

Absolute awful company, don't give proper descriptions of items. Our item arrived damaged and late over 2 weeks, what's more it was made from MDF. Contacted Tastitch and they assured me that a replacement would be sent out express delivery, still waiting a month down the line and they are not responding to any emails, emails always go to a Jake Gordan even when sending to someone called Sarah. Have even asked for a refund but again no response.There appears to be no number or address to contact .we are in process of taking matters legally. Company needs closing down.

Do not use this company. I oderered a garden tool that cost £32 which was something a child would play with not only was the trimmer completely useless they charged me for 2 and the total cost was £65, completely committed fraud. they do not answer your emails or pretend they are dealing with it and completely ignore you. We all need to get this company off internet, they must be conning lots and lots of people. If anyone feels the same as me then put a message on here and we can try and get these rougs.

Ordered light up trainers for my daughter for Christmas. They arrived and one doesn’t work so I’ve emailed the customer service asking for the return address and there’s no reply. Now i have paid for trainers that don’t work.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Have left one star as zero was not an option. Took ages to deliver the toy we ordered for £25. When it did finally arrive, it was a poor quality/very small Chinese made thing which you can buy online for less than £10.

AWFUL - I brought a throw on this website and when it was delivered it looked completely different to the picture (wrong size and colour). The customer services ‘team’ responded to my email saying that I was sent the wrong item and that the correct item would be shipped to me. It’s been 3 weeks and the item still hasn’t turned up and they have been ignoring my emails asking for updates. Please do not shop on this website.

AVOID THIS STORE!! i ordered a supposedly wooden hand carved rolling pin! paid 3 times more because it sounded really good and that the wood had been treated. this was not the case! handles are bent. Doesn't work at all! Total waste of money. company not replied to me. I'm now taking it further because I don't think this store should be allowed to be trading! wish I'd never come across this store - its appaling!!

Beware this company. Absolute fraudsters. Returned maternity coat as didn’t fit and poor quality. Despite repeated requests no response or refund . Should be shut down . I have reported them to trading standards.

I've ordered an item, it took them 3 weeks to send it to me. I return the item straight away still waiting for my refund has been 2 months

I ordered two watches for my twin grandsons for their birthday on the 30th October, they took money straight away on credit card, I am still waiting for the watches,I have emailed 3 times and had no response. Is there anything can be done to get my money back ? Stay away from these people. I would give NO STARS but unfortunately it wouldn’t let me.

Sadly I cannot give this company 0 stars. They will overcharge for products items and provide inferior lower cost items. In my case they even had the audacity to send me the invoice for the actual amount that was less than a third of the price I had paid. They do not accept refunds or at least will not respond when you request them. This company is an absolute joke. Protect yourselves do not buy anything from these waste of times.

Ordered a giant teddy 3 weeks ago for a bday present, paid express delivery so it should have been here within 7 days. It came 2 weeks after the bday. It wasn't what I ordered. It was a bodysuit of teddy. The website states bodysuit are not refundable. But I didn't order it. I'm taking the company to trading standards.

Don’t buy anything from them !

I ordered a phone case which hasn't arrived, I've waited such a long time that I am now due an upgrade so the case (if it ever arrives) will be surplus to requirements.

I have emailed several times and told a refund is not possible as the phone is in transit (via carrier pigeon perhaps? Snail Mail?)

They have offered me 20% off my next purchase but I absolutely WOULD NOT purchase from this seller again.

Appalling customer service, ordered products nearly 2 months ago for my grandsons birthday which was in October, left numerous emails and never had a response i have been robbed out of nearly 40 pounds , I have contacted the authorities about this I hope this website gets shut down before anymore people are robbed!!! Upset and furious!!!
