This company have ripped me off
I bought an item over 4 weeks ago it arrived and was faulty so I contacted them only to get nasty emails back refusing to do anything then I get someone else messaging back saying that a replacement item had been sent out tgat was over a week ago now I messaged asking for tracking details and no one wonts to give me them. they say they legally didn’t have to do anything and this was a good will gesture
It still hasn’t arrived and I still don’t have tracking or any help with when this item will turn up I don’t believe it has even been sent
I’m so unhappy with this company and I’m out of pocket this is a joke I’m so angry
These people who email are awful and rude
They are in breach of my statutory rights plus other
This company is vile they take your money and then to nothing to sort out the fact I’ve been sent a faulty item the customer service is vile I’m so angry they think they can get away with this
Where is the tacking I’ve been asking for over a week ????
Also this is a cheap Chinese item

I plugged this in again to see if it would charge as I’m still waiting on a replacement and it sparked I now have a burn on my finger I’m so angry
Someone now called jake with ihos awful messages is still messing me about
Someone needs to shut the company down
I’ve had enough and there still messing me about and my finger hurts
I just want my money back why do people let these people rip customers off and not to mention dangerous item

I purchased an Ear Cleaning Kit which cost £19.95, Which was supposed to have been £39.99 or something like that. It was absolutely rubbish and the directions in Chinese only. It also had a 30day money back guarantee, which was false information.
When I wanted to return it, I was told because of Hygiene regulations I cannot do this without having an alternative (why would I after trying out knowing it was no good whatsoever), or a credit note.
The price was absolutely over the top for a cheap Chinese made item.
Stay clear. It is a false description

My 10yr old grandson bought a "fitbit" blood pressure smart sports watch with some of his birthday money, when it arrived he was super excited for about 2 mins until he unwrapped it, (delivered in a bag NOT even in a box) only to find that it was a cheap watch 7 NOT a "fitbit" as advertised, when I emailed them to complain I was told that it was advertised as a "fitbit style", I have read every word of the advert about 6 times & NO WAY does it say the "style" anywhere, I was offered store credit if I wanted to return the watch, that would mean I would have to buy another CHEAP item from them, beware of this company they sell cheap rubbish, would NEVER buy from them again.

Dishonest people with rubbish products. Bought a camera as we were concerned our builder had made copies of our keys and was using our home while we were out. The thing never worked.

I e-mailed and had a quick response with a promise of a replacement. This never happened and my e mails are now ignored- I think their hoping I’ll get fed up that or they just don’t care.

All I can say if you buy here you’re likely to be ripped off.

Brought a mirror dash cam With rear camera. Uni stopped working, that is, stuck in rear camera parking mode. Only a month old. Emailed tastitch about repair/replacement. Didn't get a reply. Very poor customer service. Product reviews on their site seem to be fake. Won't buy anything from them now.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my wife this company are Based in China selling substandard goods and long delivery time 3 weeks a joke a scam. I want a refund

DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. My advice is don't trust them.
I brought what was advertised as a FITBIT blood pressure watch, it cost £40, in the advert FITBIT was mentioned several times in large bold letters, after it was ordered I found in much smaller print that it was in fact described as a FITBIT type watch, nowhere on the packaging is there any mention of it being able to accurately measure blood pressure.
Tried contacting their customer services but they just ignored my return request.
Steer clear of these rip off merchants.
