Never use this site!! They've taken payment over 2months ago still not received my item been emailing for refund for the last week and all I received back was what's your order number, even though I never received any confirmation email when I purchased. Terrible site looking to rip people off.

I ordered about a week ago I’ve been giving no delivery date or time I’ve emailed about 10 times asking for some correspondence someone finally got back to me yesterday asking for my order number I reply straight away and received no reply back again since then I’ve emailed a few times but still nothing ... absolutely shocking service

Absolutely terrible, cannot understand how they are allowed to keep trading. My daughter is only 15 so took their description of "leather" jacket to be true which of course it wasn't at that price. It came labelled as leather on the packaging but the label inside says it is PU or similar. £38.00 is a total rip off for a foul looking and smelling jacket with threads hanging off all over it and so awfully made that I would not be seen dead in it. We received no answer to emails we sent requesting details of how to return ( absolutely no details on their website) which were ignored. It is now outside the 14 days and we are left out of pocket and livid. It is not a case of "oh well a friend can use it " - I would be too embarrassed to give it to them - and these people are selling it ?????

Do not buy from this crew , I paid they didn't deliver , they promise the world, take your money and nothing turns up , complete rip off , don't go near them

fake goods took 3 weeks to arrive, clearly from china, tried to contact customer services over 10 times and being ignored will have to go through the hassle of claiming back through paypal or my credit card now. disgusting fraud!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible! I ordered the handmade wool blanket. It started falling apart a day after me opening it. The quality is very poor.
The pictures on the website are also very misleading. The blanket looks very large on the pictures but even if you order the largest size, like the one in the picture, you will receive a smaller blanket!

6 weeks of false promises now asked for the order to be cancelled and refund money and they are not answering me!!! They offered me 20% off another item for the wait - why would I order something else when I haven’t received my original order - dreadful service!!! It’s just a phone case!!!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would. This company is a total scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM you will not get your product. Customer services is shocking. Disputed with PayPal. Stay well clear of these con artists.

Don't go anywhere near them. Ordered item after 2 weeks asked about it informed it's with the supplier after another week still not arrived asked for my money back informed it would take 5/7daysvto show in my bank left it 10 days to take weekend into count, this time just got a email showing my item as refunded, this is a joke of a company

I would not give this site any stars. Absolutely terrible. No simple way of contacting, the goods ordered a smart watch was absolute rubbish with the smallest instructions I've ever seen. You can keep your 20% discount. I won't be shopping with Tastitch again. Absolute stich up.

Do not order from here. I made that mistake! You will be disappointed and regret it.
Ordered my dad a "smart watch" for his birthday that looked rather appealing on the website.
Firstly it came late, so it missed my dad's birthday anyways. Secondly it was not how it was advertised. It came in a flimsy Chinese cardboard box with all the parts loose and scratches all over it. It's unreal how unlike the advert it was and it looked used too.
Had to email customer services for a return, to have got no apology, nothing, only to get told I had to then pay for it to be returned as well. Stay away from this dodgy website. Its a waste of time and money!
*Update* Returned the item and they still havent sent my money back. Emailed them and they have ignored me. Luckily I paid through PayPal so will hopefully be able to resolve through them. They are breaking the consumer right of refunds law and they need to be removed!

I'm giving this two stars purely because of the prompt responses of the customer service team. After ordering a fleece online and paying for express delivery I contacted them for an update after two weeks - there was no update on my order but they agreed to refund my express delivery charge. A further two weeks passed and I was assured the parcel would arrive in a few days time. Eventually this arrived over a month after I placed the original order, and I was disappointed to find that the product was not as advertised at all. This was advertised as a three in one maternity jacket, when in fact it is a standard women's size fleece with a zip in panel with hood specifically for when carrying baby. The jacket does not anywhere near fit my modest size baby bump, it's just a normal women's fleece. I have requested a return and refund and will not be using this shop again.

Just updating this having received a response. Whilst I have been given an address for return I have been told that the only option is store credit. Absolutely disgusted at this terrible approach. Avoid this store!!!

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!
I bought some 'Baby Converse trainers' as they had advertised back in July. However, when they arrived, over 2 weeks later AFTER paying for Express delivery, it soon became apparent that they were fake, imitation Converse trainers. I wrote back to Tastitch to ask for return details on the basis of false advertising and requested a refund...yet they refused. They then stopped answering my emails so I took the complaint to PayPal, who shockingly sided with them! I'm still in disbelief. £25 for a pair of fake baby Converse trainers that I can't do anything with...and had to buy my friend an entirely new gift for her baby shower. Cheers guys. Way to go...

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered goods on 5th September 2019, Still waiting for delivery. I emailed them on 19th Sept. asking why I had not received the goods, they emailed back the same day apologising saying the courier had lost the parcel and it would be resent the very next day and to wait 7 days for delivery. Today the 4th Oct I am still waiting. No more, I have emailed them again to cancel the order and asked for an immediate refund. Wonder if I will ever get refunded or whether they just intended to keep my money anyway.
I have today received another email suggesting that it marked delivered by the courier but now they think it was lost in transit. They are putting forward my request for a refund so hopefully this will arrive soon.
Today 20th Oct still waiting for refund. I have emailed again although don't hold out much hope.

Bought 2 thick stitch blankets. It took 3 weeks for the package to arrive when I'd paid for express delivery. When the package finally did arrive there was only 1 item. The item that I received was defected. There was a different colour through the stitching and the corner had come away which was leading to the blanket unravelling. There is also no lable provided to return goods so you will have to take the cost on yourself to return anything and if you do you can only receive a store credit refund unless the item is defected. Luckily in my case the item is defected but I would be furious if I was told I couldn't have a full refund due to the poor service and poor quality products.

When it arrived two of the seams were undone.I will have to pay to return it.You have no come back for faulty goods.Avoid buying.The email contact is just automated.

I never received my order!! I was refused proof of posting/tracking details ,also seller refused to refund. Thankfully I paid using my PayPal, so escalated case there. Hopefully they will get my money back from those thieves.

It's update for my previous review - thankfully PayPal sided with me and I got my money back! Phew!! I'm now looking into reporting Tastitch.com for scam!! Fingers crossed they get closed down!!!!

Bought lace support bras.Absolute rubbish, wouldn't give me my money back and PayPal didn't support my claim. Do not shop with this company. Just a load of con people. Based in China. Cost me over £90.

A dishonest company with no customer service.
I bought an item that I wanted to return but all my emails were ignored, I tried calling but their number is not answered.
I will never use this company again.
