As a company we have been a Teamviewer business customer for over 10 years, we made a switch to a different platform for functional reasons, and Teamviewer made it very difficult to cancel, for one be aware they have automatic renewal baked in to the contract, with no easy way of turning it off, you have to call an 800 number to a digital receptionist, and be stuck on hold for 10+ minutes. Tried cancelling through the account manager who then instructed to call the 800 number, which then fell short of there 28 day cancellation period which they are extremally! rigid on. Teamviewer as a product is fantastic never had any issues with the product itself, but there account management and subscription management is extremely lagging behind the competition, not being able to turn of auto renewal via a Web UI in 2026 is not acceptable, and Auto renewal should never be automatically on and included in a contract. For this reason, I cannot recommend Teamviewer to anyone, they fall short in the simplest area of subscription management.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for keeping TeamViewer free for personal use. I have been using it for years to help my friends who struggle with computers. It was especially lifesaving during the Covid pandemic, as it allowed me to support them remotely when we couldn't meet in person. Thank you for such an amazing and reliable tool.

Why not custom password option. password which is used in another system for start session, password which is visible below the User Id. which is refreshable but not manually editable.
