After delivery I ask why the phone box was not sealed, they answer that it left "with the seals intact", I ask if someone completely removed the original Oneplus seals in transit, they answer that the plastic film on the box represents the "intact seals". I tell them that it does not represent a seal and that the phone was activated on the Oneplus website more than a month before my order.
Without any apologies or other suggestions, I am offered to return it "for no reason". I pay and return the package according to the instructions received, I am refunded the amount initially paid for the product and delivery, but not the one paid separately for the return. I sent several emails regarding the amount paid for the return, first they pretended not to understand what I was asking, then they didn't respond for a few days, serious company that expects customers to pay for returns when they realize the company insists on some nonsense and tries to sell a "new product" that was used before.

Stay away from this store. I bought a bluetooth speaker from them and received it pretty fast, but the performance of it wasn't good enough so I decided to return it right away. I packed everything the speaker came with and sent it back to the seller. They then wrote back that they received the speaker, but the loading cable and part of the leaflets were not received, so they need to charge me 20% of the price for this. What followed was a petty exchange of e-mails where I urged them to check internally or with the forwarder what happened because I sent the whole package back and where they repplied back that the responsibility is not theirs and they need to charge me for the lack of a plain charging cable and some leaflets. They of course ended up charging me for the missing stuff. Maybe this is their strategy to gain something from the returned products, and if so, shame on them. Next time when I return a package I will make a video with what and how I pack the merchandise, and how I hand it over to the courier if that's what it takes. However, never again from this store.

I order an iphone 12 yesterday at15:30,wery pleased surprised i have it delivered today around 13:30,original package ok ,came with generic headphones and charger as it was described on site.

Bought a couple of phones from them, didn't have any issues with them (yet - 3 mo ish). Very good prices (almost 100 lei cheaper, but matches the expected price in usd on amazon). Store has a bad reputation on this site, but in the end only people that had bad experiences end up posting reviews.

My personal advice (for this store and any other):
- open the package on arrival, refuse it if the courier won't open it
- check the phone is still in original packaging, the plastic is not broken, the box is not damagee
- look up the box beforehand on google or a yt unboxing and make sure the box looks as in the pictures

tldr didn't have any issues with them, it was weird that they use olx.ro as a delivery partner. I know where I'm getting my next phone.

Bad company. Ordered a mini mavic,next day they canceled the order with an sms and no explanation. Stay away, forums are filled with complaints.

Mobile phone was presenting fingerprints on the backside, OS had preinstalled Italian apps and Italian mobile operator logo at start. Not new, as It was ordered. A truly fraud

Without reproach. Phone ordered on the site on February 28, updated on the status of the order sent by mail and delivery on March 4th. Checking the delivery package, absolutely new. Until now, 4 stars.

I had recently had my lg g flex 2 repaired. It was stuck in bootloop and they changed the motherboard in 5 days, everything free of cost.
