First thing it was 2 hours delay and I have lost the train I had which I already payed ,secondly we stopped for a break in the motorway ,the driver not even said to us we have a break and how much time .

I lost something on the Bus and…
I lost something on the Bus and contacted them per Email..it says they take about 3-5 days to answer. 10 days later i still wait for them to answer if they found my personal item :(. Just tell me if you found it or not????
