Pullmans always leave on time and I've never had any setbacks. The drivers are kind. Sometimes the cleaning isn't the best, last time there were crumbs on the seats at the bottom and that's why I didn't give it five stars as a rating.

The terrefast service was incredible and super reliable. Our driver ,Caesar, was lovely and helpful for finding our connection.

Ok rapid si confortabil

The staff were disrespectful and rude, and they didn't even know how to explain how their own company operates.
We bought tickets for the 3:40 a.m. bus and arrived well in advance. There was a queue, and we were told to wait another 10 minutes for the next bus, even though our tickets were for that specific departure.
They should not sell tickets if there are no seats available. We purchased our tickets in advance and had every right to board the bus we paid for.
This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The company should be held accountable for the way it treats its customers.

Quick, punctual and comfortable

No recomiendo utilizar el servicio de Terravision debido a su total falta de empatía y flexibilidad con los turistas.
Durante un viaje a Roma, debido a una avería general en el servicio de trenes, nos vimos obligados a comprar billetes de autobús a toda prisa desde el móvil mientras hacíamos la cola. En medio del estrés, cometí el error de seleccionar por error el aeropuerto de Ciampino en lugar de Fiumicino.
Al darnos cuenta inmediatamente del fallo, el propio personal de Terravision en la parada nos asistió para comprar los billetes correctos hacia Fiumicino. Es decir, pagamos dos veces por el mismo trayecto.Al contactar con atención al cliente para solicitar un reembolso por este error honesto, se negaron rotundamente.
Su única solución fue ofrecer un código promocional válido por un año. Les expliqué formalmente que vivo en España y que no tengo planeado volver a Italia en los próximos 12 meses, por lo que el bono no me sirve de nada y mi dinero se ha perdido.
Es una lástima que una empresa de transporte internacional prefiera quedarse con el dinero de un billete duplicado antes que mostrar un mínimo gesto de buena voluntad con un cliente. Servicio al cliente deficiente y políticas inflexibles.
Buscad alternativas si queréis evitar malas experiencias.

I highly discourage using Terravision due to their absolute lack of flexibility and poor customer support.During a trip to Rome, an unexpected train cancellation forced us to rush and book bus tickets online while waiting in line. Under a lot of stress, I accidentally selected the wrong airport (Ciampino instead of Fiumicino).As soon as we noticed the mistake, Terravision's staff at the bus stop assisted us in buying the correct tickets. Consequently, we ended up paying twice for the exact same journey.When I contacted customer service to request a refund for this honest mistake, they flatly refused. Their only solution was a voucher valid for 12 months. I explicitly explained that I am a tourist from Spain and have no plans to return to Italy within the next year, meaning the voucher is completely useless to me and my money is lost.It is shameful that an international transport company prefers to pocket money from a duplicated ticket rather than showing a basic gesture of goodwill. Inflexible policies and terrible customer care. Look for alternative companies if you want to avoid getting ripped off

Fantastic service

Very professional service, highly recommend doing the Terra Fast priority service, taken in an electric car straight to our hotel for $14 euros. Enzo was very friendly and chatty and gave us lots of useful information. Will definitely use this service again.

I had an outstanding experience with Terravision, thanks to the professionalism and honesty of one of their drivers, Mr. Tudor.

After arriving in Milan from Bergamo Airport, I accidentally left my backpack on the bus. Inside were our passports, wallet, bank cards, laptop, headphones and other valuable personal belongings. I was extremely worried, especially because I was travelling with my wife and our three young children.

Mr. Tudor found my backpack, kept it safe and personally made sure I got it back. Everything was exactly as I had left it. His kindness, honesty and willingness to help turned what could have been a travel disaster into an unforgettable example of outstanding customer service.

Terravision should be proud to have employees like Mr. Tudor. Thanks to him, our vacation was saved.
