Dismissive and Unhelpful Customer Service
Six months after purchase, my watch developed heavy internal condensation. It has not been used in water.
When I contacted customer services, Maria stated that, based on an image, the watch had “unequivocally been used in some water related activity.” I confirmed this was not the case.
The store manager, Jay, then responded that it was “not plausible” to take my explanation seriously, that their position was “firm and resolute,” and that they “will not entertain” a repair. I was also told I was “happily” welcome to seek legal recourse if I disagreed.
No technical report or detailed explanation was provided to support the conclusion reached.
Before posting this review, I looked at other Trustpilot feedback and noted multiple customers mentioning similar condensation issues. In that context, the immediate dismissal of my concern was particularly disappointing.
This review reflects my experience with the company’s after-sales service. Based on how this was handled, I would not purchase from them again.
