I have had a great time with the boxes. shirts are cool with the stickers.

Eveything is extremely useful but would like to see more stuff for wildland fire.

I had a broken clip on a radio strap and I did get a replacement but it took 2 months. When I asked for something because of the long wait, I was told it was forgotten because they don’t do replacements that often and are busy putting boxes together. I got this for my 17 year old son that loves being a firefighter. He can’t wait for the next box. It would still be nice to get a little something for the forgotten part replacement.

All the different items are unique and very helpful.If there was a gear bag would be helpful otherwise everything is great

After contecontemplatingmplating for several months, I finally decided to join. I received my first box recently very high-quality product for a great value highly recommend to anyone within the fire service.

Good items, worth more than subscription

I have enjoyed most of what is offered in burn box. It's always a bunch of random items. The tools and gear for on the job is my favorite. I thought about a door entry kit like for a car. If that may be in the future. Anything for rescue use is awesome. When I feel a light weight box I'm usually figuring there's no gear or tools. If it was possible to get at least 1 tool or 1 piece of job equipment every month, that would be great!

I have been receiving the box for two years now! I look forward to getting it every month

The Packages are getting creative. Like awaiting gift when you are alerted that one is on it's way.

I am very happy with The Burn Box. I am impressed by the quality and variety of equipment they manage to get each month.

The Burn Box is a really good idea it sends out tools and items that I may not try out on my own and as a Training Officer for my department it allows me the opportunity to field test the items during our training evolutions and the stickers and other items allow me something to hand out to students who are answering questions and actively participating in the classes

The quality in the equipment and the training ideas i was able to take back to my company for our drill nights

I love the box and the stuff that comes in it. The last couple months have been great. My complaint is I’ve tried to get y’all to stop charging me for 2 boxes. I’ve cancelled my order for one of the two boxes every month for the last 6-7 months and I still get charged for 2. I only want 1 box a month. $64 isn’t a lot for some people but it puts me in a huge bind every time I get charged another extra $64.

This is fantastic, period . Best decision I ever made . The only negative thing I can think of, I'm running out of room I'm my turnout gear, so many useful and really REQUIRED tools . You guys are amazing , I'll be a customer forever !!!!!!

Shirts need additional sizes, 3x 4x or talls

I greatly enjoyed my burn box a lot of cool tools that if I didn’t use or want I could definitely give to the guys at the fire house. The swag was awesome shirts and hats were badass. However the only caveat is some shirts were not in my size but again I could pass to the boys. I definitely intend on renewing my subscription.

I have been very happy with the boxes and the tools that are included they are very useful as well as the paper that comes with it. The only problem I have is that I got the same stickers a few which really isn’t a big deal. My biggest issue and it was something I was looking forward to was the leather gloves from the February had holes and missing fingers in it. So they were useless and I can’t return them

I moved back to Saskatchewan from Iqaluit in October 2024, I wrote the burn box I moved and needed to change address. From there I missed October - December boxes. I’ve sent in emails with them they sent me back very little in responses as well as how we could rectify this situation. So at the moment I’m in the works with my bank to be refunded for the 3 boxes since I have No answers from them. It’s alittle upsetting as I would have signed up for another year as I enjoy seeing the new equipment and I love to support. I hope everyone else had an amazing experience.

I love how Tom and the team think about the things I don't! Their ability to look and find items that are new and cutting edge allows for me to receive the items and put them to use. The training aides, recipes and stickers are like icing on the cake! These extra perks are the extra perks we are looking for in each box!

Have absolutely loved all the gear that I have gotten with you guys and always informed with tracking and everything.
