Not great. Battery worn out doesn't stay charged, also Controller is faulty, boots up and drains battery, showing on display, some Controllers have this fault, will have to swap Mainboard when I have time.

Mavic2pro sent on the Monday for leg replacement and was back and flying by Wednesday !! Remarkable speed and efficiency of service. All genuine parts. Highly recommended.

Really excellent service. I will go straight to these guys for all my future drone needs. I hunted high and low on the web for a small connecting cable for my Phantom 3 Pro and couldnt find it. These guys had stock in abundance because they strip down drones as well. They were very helpful on email and even discounted my purchase because they sent the single cable I needed instead of a pack, most of which I didn't need. Have fitted it and drone now working perfectly. Thanks for all your help. 5 Star service.

Ordered an item the website claimed was in stock and paid for express Saturday delivery. Saturday came and went so I dropped an email asking what was going on as nothing arrived – I didn’t receive a response so emailed again later on Monday. Eventually received a response early on the Tuesday saying it wasn’t in fact in stock so they issued a refund which was fine, but if they’d just let me know it wasn’t in stock on the Friday (ordered on Thursday) I could have saved myself a headache and ordered elsewhere.

I would not hesitate having Drone Worx to repairing my drone, because I am one of the vulnerable people, it was all organised by the team to collect, repair, and deliver back to my home reasonably priced, quick turnaround brilliant what more could I ask for throughly recommend Drone Worx once again many many thanks. Drone worx arranged for collection, repair and delivery of my drone; I had crash landed and broke the mounting bracket on the gimbal. camera still worked , but was informed it was faulty and needed to be replaced. I asked for the replaced parts to be sent back but that is not policy. Quite an expensive exercise, turnaround was very quick.

I couldn't speak more highly of Simon and The Drone Worx team. Firstly, they gave me a ballpark figure to fix my broken Mavic Air. No one else would do that without having it first. They inspected the aircraft thoroughly, found vibration in a second motor and gave a good price to complete all work. Then the Covid situation made it impossible to go collect it and they shipped it back by courier at a reasonable price. I would recommend them 100% for their professionalism and application to the job at hand. Fortunately, they are relatively local to me so if I have the misfortune of pranging my Air again, I know who to turn to. Top marks!

My drone required further investigation for which there was an additional charge. I was at first taken back by this and said so, quite abruptly in an email. I then received a call explaining why and that the charge would be taken off my final bill. I really appreciated this call and then felt guilty for being too quick to criticise. The.service I received was excellent and great value for money and I highly recommend it. I hopefully wont need to but if I do have another fault wont hesitate to use this service again.

Completely dissatisfied, I was assured they would have no trouble fixing the Phantom 3 standard module. I knew in advance there were shortages of parts, but they Worx said No Problem.
I had to chase up 2 emails not answered, which delayed the process by 2weeks, they couldn't fix my drone as the part was not available. I then paid for the return, which I also had to chase up a week later as they had not seen that paid invoice. Complete shambles. Incompetent administration and false promises.

Collected my sons repaired crashed drone after 3 days. my son tested it on 14/3 and was delighted with repair. well done Edward who attended to me. mike Hogan
