We are sorry to hear that you are not satisifyed with your scarifier. After we arranged the battery replacement in January of this year, we didn't hear back from you, so we did not know you were still experiencing difficulties.

I have never had such an experience….. put the first line of your post code in and the house numbers only go from 1 to 6…I live at 38 so I’ve no chance of getting it delivered. What a shambles.

I don't normally do reviews. But my god, how bad is it getting hold of them ?
First off I had to send pics of the item I was returning and a whole list of accompanying questions.
It will be 2 weeks Wednesday since they signed for the return and I've emailed twice to see what's happening, as I hadn't heard a thing.
I got asked another question when I emailed and so I answered the question and then that's it again.
So I sent another, same thing.
The customer service is diabolical.

We do need to confirm any returns meet certain criteria before a return request can be authorised to ensure products are unused and in a resaleable condition.

Returning an item to the Green Reaper
I ordered a hedgetrimmer from The Green Reaper. It was delivered quickly. It was unsuitable for me. They only have a telephone line for ordered. For anything else you have to fill in an online form. Which I did several times. Postage was at my expense. I returned it. It was very difficult to repack so it got damaged in the post. Eventually they returned most of the money I paid. I am satified with the result which is why I gave the company five stars
