Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Recently purchased an ALKO power scythe from them. Not only did they send it to the Scottish Highlands free of charge, on a pallet, but they telephoned first to say that they had put it together (a great relief - instructions look seriously tricky), added oil and petrol and given it a test run.
When it arrived at the bottom of the drive(nearest point), I (me, older lady, not at all confident with new machines) was able to start it easily and drive it up our 1/4 mile hill under its own power. It does not move easily otherwise!
I would highly recommend The Green Reaper for their attention to detail and customer service.

The ego leaf vac and blower is a great…
The ego leaf vac and blower is a great piece of equipment. Using a bigger battery will obviously give you more power and time. The bag hook is a little annoying but you get used to it.
The shoulder strap is a great help when working. Sadly mine broke at the hook on day one.
All in all it makes the job of leaf clearing so much easier.

I ordered the lawn sweeper at about 1.30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday. The advertising on the site did say "next day delivery if ordered before 3pm" but I always take such claims with a pinch of salt. Having received my order confirmation e mail a few minutes later, I carried on with my day. Later that afternoon I saw that I had received an email to say that my purchases had been dispatched, Wow!
Even more wow was the fact that all the goods were received by early afternon the very next day. Brilliant service from both the store and their couriers. Well done.

Buying was fine, delivery service was frustrating
All aspects of buying from Green Reaper were fine and done competently as I have found before.
However, delivery by FedEx was a frustrating experience.
They delivered without prior warning and I was out.
The next day delivery was scheduled as 'before 2000'. I could not get a more precise timing so had to plan to wait in all day. This is poor service.
Other delivery companies give a more precise delivery timing interval and let you watch the progression of the delivery van in real time.
Please consider using a better delivery service. Thank you.

I recieved my order within 2 days and wasn't expecting much. How wrong was I, superb hedge cutter and what a product for such a reasonable price, will definitely buy again. Light weight and easy to use even with my bad fingers.
