Anthony was very professional and kept us informed as to what he was doing to repair the leek. He left the garden tidy when he had finished repair.

We notice some water damage in a new build property which was outside the 2 year guarantee, so contacted the Leak Detection Company to carry out a trace and access report to pinpoint the fault and confirm responsibility,
Leak found within the wall, report submitted to the developer who have now admitted responsibility!

Jamie who was our engineer was punctual and very polite. He explained everything while he went about a thorough investigation around the circumstances as to why we had a leak.
He successfully detected and fixed the leak within around 3 hours, and clearly explained the callout costs for the detection and correction work he would do before he did it. All work was done with minimal disruption and the site was left clean and tidy.
I would happily recommend 'The Leak Detection Company' and use them again in the future if I had any further issues.

On the day Sunny did a thorough job using various methods and quickly identified the leak and explained the next steps. The written report provided the next day outlined all the info required for a fix and discussion with the insurance company.

In a very stressful situation, the Leak Detection Service were superb. All the people I interacted with during the process were reassuring, professional and efficient. I booked the appointment where Sam described exactly how they carry out the inspection. Andy, who phoned before arriving early, started work straight away, was patient, polite and reassuring. The report is accurate and a very useful document, written in plain English with photos and explanations. He offered several solutions and clearly explained the pros and cons.

We were very impressed by Anthony (The Leak Detection Engineer) who was extremely polite and professional, detecting the leak quickly and then fixing it. The leak was 12 inches beneath a concrete floor in an old Victorian building. The leak had been there for 30 years plus. None of this phased Anthony. We would highly recommend the Leak Detection Company. They were professional and the cost was very reasonable.

The Leak Detection Company were excellent. Highly communicative, exceptionally professional identifying the problem quickly and providing a thorough report on work conducted and an assessment of the problem. Would highly recommend. They may not be the cheapest but would 100% say it is value for money. If I needed a leak detection service again I really wouldn't bother looking elsewhere

An efficient service using technology to hit for the problem. Techniques of using dye and taking readings of damp. And fibleoptic camera to locate a leak that I wasn't sure was even present. All done within a 3 hour window and a quick effective repair. A full report to send insurers too. A really good service found a solution to the problem.
