Excellent customercare.

I ordered a procduct that didnt reach my satisfaction. Customerservice found a solution that made me very happy. I would definitely shop here again.

Kundens mardröm

I order an Airpods max carrying case (brand:Spigen)on The Mobile Store,It cost
almost 500kr+shipping,But I found one on Anazon.se. Its exactly the same, same brand
, same design, same color. But it only cost 241kr,and free shopping ! The product is 100%+ more expensive!

I told them about it, first time they said “It is impossible for us to sell for that price as it is even below our purchase price.” I think this time probably it’s my fault, I should check it more carefully before I make this order.

I contacted them,and return this expensive product .I used the return address they gave me. But no one contact me after 2 weeks 14/9. ( the package was ready for pack up at 7/9 )

So I have to contact them again. This time they promised contact me when they get the package.And they told me they knew the package was ready for pickup .

It’s 21/9 today, I contacted PostNord, they told me,this package is still no one pickup!!!!

Absolutely first class service

Absolutely first class service! My son dropped his mobile and the screen completely shattered.
I handed it in to be repaired at midday and collected it before 3 pm.
It looked brand new!

Excellent company. Recommend!

Excellent company! Fast and efficient! I have ordered a case Monday evening and already had it delivered the next day! Great designs and they even have the custom made phone covers:)

Bought case and screen guard for Samsung S7. Nice quality and also great support as they had to resend the package because of wrong item in the first! I recommend!
