The website was easy to use. Delivery was very quick indeed. We've only had the 2 ft folding ramp a couple of weeks but it seems to be very good. The extra width is very useful as mobility scooters seem to be getting bigger and bigger.

I'd paid for nominated day delivery, not realising that one of my items was out of stock. I was contacted the next day to let me know this; offered a chance to pick another nominated day at no charge. My express delivery fee was promptly refunded too! The ramps I ordered are really, really good quality. Sturdy material and the fixing that were supplied were also "heavy duty". I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - they're that good overall.

Living in a Grade 2 listed cottage we cannot change a lot which dates back to when it was built, including the paving stones etc. As my husband relies on a wheel chair, getting in and out of the house was a challenge.
