Great product delivered next day even though I had not asked for next day so Parcel force is a good option. I'm not in need of the rollator yet but am getting used to it before it becomes so. The half step is perfect & makes getting in & out of door much safer

I found your website misleading. I wanted to buy a wheelchair ramp for inside and outside to ensure I cleared the door frame. The photos show a wheeelchair on the ramp giving the impression that the ramp is wide enough for a wheelchair. The only obvious measurement I needed to check was the height of the ramp. Nothing about the width to ensure it was wide enough for a wheelchair. When the ramp arrived it was too narrow for the wheelchair - which is a small one to fit through internal doors.

Excellent product. Despite a slight mix-up in that the end ramps were a different height from the straight ramps this was soon, and easily, sorted. A really good buy.

Ordering via the website was extremely easy. Delivery was earlier than expected. The product is of good quality and was a reasonable price.

I still haven’t received the ramp despite Parcel Force saying they attempted to deliver to my house. I then redirected to our local post office and still not received after 5 days of promised deliveries.
