The ramp we ordered arrived very quickly and was exactly what we needed. Ordering was easy and choice was good and varied with good descriptions on the website.

Spoke to staff for advice before purchase, and also after when amending delivery date. In each case, staff were knowledgeable, articulate, helpful.

Needed to get wheelchair user into house that had 3 steps up to door threshold and then a 150mm drop to internal floor. Went for an 8 foot ramp + a 2 foot ramp. Works well.

After speaking on the phone saying I was trying to have something in place for a visitor at midday the following day. I emailed the measurements of step ups/threshold, I was advised by email, then I made the order online and to my amazement the three ramps arrived the next day just in time in time for them to be put down for the visitor! It was no one’s fault but mine that I didn’t measure widths but they have advised that the ramps can be cut down with a saw. The rubber on one has a strong smell when indoors so I’m storing it in a bag. Fantastic service really grateful for the help and the speed with which they despatched my order. Great job! 😀👏👏👏

Good range of ramps but size (length) to gradient info limited, eg if have to fit in car and get an unloaded powerchair in and up about 750mm ish guidance doesnt reflect our experience ( it overestimates length)
