We chose Cross Country as it was…
We chose Cross Country as it was non-stop for our journey. As the trip was a special event we paid for first class travel. The carriage looked worn and badly in need of a makeover. The journey was uncomfortable with vibration and noise. The seating was outdated and the padding needed replacement. The smell from the toilet was coming through the air conditioning and unpleasant.
