Good advice and delivery but a real shame that I had to buy a new thermostat when it was just the glass front that had fallen off my existing thermostat (without it being touched by anyone - it just fell off)

I phoned the company at about 2 o'clock in the afternoon for a quote I spoke to zac who was very helpful i told him what I wanted and he said he would send me a quote via email ... the email arrived about 10 minutes later with a realy good price so I phoned again to order it .. it arrived the next day . Very impressed with the service and would recommend!

Quick reliable service

Fast efficient service, if in some cases a bit too efficient! I did ask for my shipment to be delayed and this was confirmed as such but alas it arrived the next day. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. That said, I've not fitted anything yet, so cannot comment on quality etc.

I ordered fibre-cement flooring with associated accessories. The service was great, the salesperson was helpful and accommodating, the prices were competitive. Sadly, their overall service was let down when the order arrived, but the boats were all damaged on one or more sides. They provided replacements promptly, but these too arrived with corner damage on most sheets. This is why they lost a star. The carrier, or their packers are clearly letting down their business big style. I hope they find a way to resolve this weakness.
