These guys offer a very good range of products,
customer support and communication regarding deliveries has been excellent - all in all can't be faulted!!

I joined up for the three month subscription box, but when the first box arrived it was full of poppadum crisps because the bag must has split in transit somehow. The other stuff in the box was not worth the money and wasn't anything that I would normally buy. If you want to be a really unhealthy vegan who has more money than sense then this is the company for you! I would have returned everything but they don't make it easy and I just wanted my subscription cancelled and move on.

VeganKind are an all round great company and I can't recommend them highly enough.
A good website with plenty of choice, good products and brilliant customer service.
I'm coming to the plant based eating party a little late but some of the stuff these guys sell has this former carnivore not missing meat in the slightest.
Ordering is easy and delivery is quick. Only had one problem so far and that was the fault of the courier not VeganKind. I contacted customer services and the wonderful Katherine replied quickly and had a replacement parcel sent out in no time. No stress and incredibly helpful.
Personally I would like to see bricks and mortar VeganKind stores open up across the country. I'd certainly shop there. The big guns could learn a lot from these guys.

I received a beauty box subscription as a gift and must say the service from this company is excellent. The box arrived perfectly and the goodies inside look great. Lots of variety too.

Simply exceptional choice, service and delivery - exceeding all expectations! I even asked if I could changed my delivery address at the very last minute - and during Easter! Even though an extremely busy time, their lovely staff managed to see my email and were happy to help.

Great service, tried the beauty box once but isnt really my thing, the lifestyle box is brilliant tho, get to try lots of things not easily found especially at the moment, will stay subscribed for a long while, some of the recipes are a bit out there for my taste, but all the products are great!

Fantastic service and great idea with the subscription box

I’ve been subscribed on and off for a while, sadly I’ve had to leave due to job security but I will most definitely be back, I can’t be without those snacks and beauty products!

The customer service team are wonderful, super friendly, so helpful and have a fantastic turn around time for enquiries, replies and deliveries.

I liked the subscription box to start with, it was really exciting to get and try new bits every month but recently the amount of products you get has gone down and some are just so small it's just a bit pointless. The last one I had, there were some nice bits but the bulkiest item was a giant cheap bottle of poundland-esque hand soap... Using loads of plastic and it's really low quality. I would expect something a little more for a £13 a month box to be honest. They seem to be adding less and less each month since I started.

The Vegan Kind have so much amazing choice! My parcel arrived swiftly and contained a freebie product to try. Thanks very much! Great customer service too. I highly recommend them!

We’ve just had an excellent experience with this company. Brilliant website, great selection of products at competitive prices, great communication at every stage. My husband unpacked our order and there appeared to be a small item missing, we contacted the company and received a very polite email and a voucher for more than the value of the item. One week later while recycling cardboard my husband found the item amongst packing 😱 we contacted the company and apologised so that the voucher could be cancelled. We’ve received a very polite response acknowledging receipt of this information. We will definitely shop here again and will recommend.

I've only bought from TVK twice, both were easy, hassle free transactions, and my orders arrived promptly and well packaged.
The most recent order I placed, was incomplete, or rather, I needed to add a few items. So I emailed and asked if I could place an additional order, but without incurring the extra shipping costs. The folks at TVK, were more than happy to oblige, sending me a separate bill for the extra items, minus costs.
Very friendly and professional customer service, and most importantly, an array of vegan products to chose from.
