I have only had a few parcels so far.. With only a few minor hiccups.. When I had a damaged parcel and it wasn't delivered it was delt with quickly efficiently and politely.. Am waiting to receive my new parcel and feel assured everything will be fine..

I love the range of items that TheVeganKind carries and the prices, which are generally lower than I can get elsewhere. Carriage is a little high, but delivery is very quick and items have been well packed and protected.
I've had a couple of niggles with the website, but have had a useful conversation with Leigh - hopefully the small problems I had will be sorted out.
My overall feeling is that this is a brave and worthwhile venture and I want to support it, despite any teething problems, because like the values and I like what they sell!

Love vegankind always there to help everything comes packed nicely and if you have an queries they respond straight away and always make things right . Gave me 30% off an item that was different to the web picture all sorted 100% recommend.

I placed an order with them for the first time. This was damaged in transit and not delivered. This was not their fault, and they shipped the order again for next day delivery. This part was brilliant. However when the order arrived the products inside were not packed correctly and some cornflour had spilt everywhere. I was offered a £3 gift card to cover the cost of the cornflour and to apologise...the order was over £150. All of which was absolutely covered in cornflour. Not happy! It's a brilliant concept but in practice...daft really as I would have done my monthly shop with them, but now I'll go elsewhere.

Happy to have discovered this place. Had to buy some vegan cheese from them which I used to be able to buy in the supermarkets but has disappeared. Great range of goods you can't easily find elsewhere, will definitely be coming back for a monthly shop. Delivery is expensive as some people have mentioned but it does need to arrive quickly and DPD are very reliable so happy to pay it. My delivery arrived in 24 hours and it was also brilliantly packaged.

I am a first time customer to this company. I was pleased to see everything I wanted was in stock, and next day delivery charges were reasonable. Unfortunately an item in my order exploded, which is just one of those things when companies are trying to reduce plastic waste. My return request was dealt with quickly and they cannot do enough for you. I will definitely be using The Vegan Kind Supermarket again. 😊💚

Vegankind is a terrific company. We had an issue with deliveries, and they immediately got to work and resolved the issue. I've never known a company with such a strong customer support ethic. We are SO PLEASED with this company's service.

This is a real shame because this company has so many great things. The box arrived torn from the bottom with the products part falling out. The yoghurt exploded because it wasn’t wrapped in anything, being left to bounce around unprotected in transit. The blueberry jam arrived mouldy because no one checked the seal (and it was broken). So we lost about £10+ of product on our first order. May be it’s because we’re in lockdown and they’re extra busy but care is clearly not being taken to check quality and packaging. Such a shame, really disappointing. During lockdown I’d recommend finding the products you want on their website and going somewhere else to buy them.

Honestly they've got one of the best ever selections, although you guys really need to get golden crunch and rabble bars on there!

The downside is having to spend £65 for free delivery or delivery is very expensive and items are generally more expensive too.

I'm giving them a 4 star just because of the cost, but perhaps once they expand they will review this.

All in all they're a really good company though will shop again when I'm more flush.

The VeganKind have a numerous selection of Vegan foods and other Vegan related items on their site and also their customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend this website.

I’ve just received my first shopping order and I’m very pleased. I think the prices were reasonable, it was well packed and arrived on the day chosen. I’m looking forward to ordering again! I also recommend their subscriptions box to discover a variety of vegan products every month. That’s what made me want to order a bigger shopping this time.

I have been buying from the supermarket and the wholesale site regularly for several months. I have been let down numerous times by them ans each time I have contacted customer service I have found them extremely patronizing and condesending. Their prices for certain things are outrageous, for example their cheese & onion kettle chips retail with them at £2.50 (then delivery of course and don't forget your minimum £20 spend per order!) and in Tesco are £1, there's many other highly priced products where you can find them much cheaper elsewhere. I would not recommend this place, nor will I return as a customer.

I'm very happy with my first order with TVK. Quick and on time delivery even during the festive season. One of the item inside the box was broken but a very efficient Customer Service provided all the support I needed. Most kind. I'll definitely re-purchase again.
