Useless strap
A good-looking bag, good size, made from quality materials, but the strap? Useless: won’t stay on the shoulder; just slips straight off, a real let-down and such poor design. Returned to supplier.

Stayed in to wait for delivery yesterday. Unfortunately nothing arrived.
I pay for delivery. This is the second time in as many weeks were I have not received my order.

Evri delivered my parcel empty and…white company have taken their blurry empty parcel as proof!
Evri delivered my parcel empty and white company decided that it was delivered securely by a delivery photo of a flat empty envelope on my doorstep that had been left there. No attempt to look at other delivery evidence of parcels from them arriving completely damaged and gaping open - and stated that I wasn’t entitled to a refund. Now disputing the transaction with my payment provider- what a nightmare. Will be avoiding white company now and not buying from them. There are much better retailers out there that actually care about their customers! Most of my orders this year have been filled with non stop delivery problems and it’s more of a time consuming nightmare than a pleasant convenient experience! AVOID!

However ,I was a little disappointed that the shower gel I ordered didn't arrive in a presentation box. It was in a plastic bag. I know I could pay extra for a gift box ,but just a normal White Co box would make it look like your product is worth it.
